The end of the world, Ragnarök, is imminent, and Kratos and Atreus set up discovering the meaning behind the fabled prophecy.
But not all prophecies are true, with Kratos and Atreus forging their own destiny and carving their own story.
This mix of prophecy and actuality lead to many mysteries and unanswered questions. Let's delve right into these mysteries, through the God of War Ragnarök iceberg.

Ragnarok was an absolutely brilliant game, the culmination of Kratos' character growth. In GOW 4 he's so afraid of losing his new child that he practically ignores Atreus, and Ragnarok is his story of learning to trust that Atreus can take care of himself. And man, the idea of Atreus travelling back in time to get to know a younger, less burdened version of his father, only to die fighting alongside him is both so kind and so sad.

This is one of my favourite video games of all time, largely due to the fact of the care and thought which the developers have put into this.

There’s a panel going down into Tyrs tomb that depicts the Pyramid of the Sun with and Eagle on top, Que is most often depicted as an eagle. Atreus has “Eagle eye” ability.

I have a theory, maybe the way Athena went to the higher plane and still came back in the Norse games, maybe thor will do the same in the next game.

I think that all the plot holes and issues highlighted in all te videos "GoW Ragnarok: A Flawed Masterpoece" or "GoW Ragnarok: A disguised masterpiece" and the video of the Gammelier on the "mistakes" or "incoherences" were made on purpose and will be answered in the next game which will mindfuck us all and will make us want to play GoW Ragnarok again as soon as we finish the next game so that we will be like "ahhh now I get it!" etc. I trust Santa Monica. I believe a lot of surprises await. I am not even sure that the Norse mythology is totally finished. What if Forseti follows us to Egypt with the part of the soul of Odin which remained in the red bird. Odin would never have shouted like that when the second bird died if it was not something about him - the death of his sons does not matter but the death of a bird makes him mad? Plus the way the camera zooms in on the red bird (Huginn?) when Atreus wakes up after Ragnarok to look for his father? A bit like in horror movies like the first Insidious when at the end, you think you arr done withe the bad guy or the bad thing but it's still here. I got that feeling when I saw Huginn. How come we never saw Forseti ? What if it was him who blew the horn? How come someone like him, who would be so important to Freya especially in GoW Ragnarok, is just mentioned by Sif in Nilfheim and the human asgardians in the hall in Asgard ? What happened to him? We did not fight him. Sanymta Monica simply cannot just act as if he was not mentioned. If he was so unimportant, he would just not be in the game. What about the real Tyr? If we were done with him the devs would not have created the mission at the end where we liberate hi. Also, it's not the end of Sindri, and he has no reason to come with us in Egypt. It cannot be the "end" of the Norse mythology. Maybe the next game will be in both the Norse and the egyptian mythology. We do not even know how Kratos got to Midgard (excluding the book which most peoole don't know) and how Faye died. There is enough left for an entire third game set in the Norse "world". Or maybe all that will be addressed in a spin off Atreus game and the next God of War will be entirely. Guys, am I talking shit? Or does it make sense ? I can't be the only one seeing all that ! (I learnt the Odin and Huginn part thanks to Captain Cuba's video on it).

One of Odins crows escapes during the final fight cutscene. Meaning that Odin still lives in some capacity

Think of the Crows as Illusionary Magic that isn't a part of the life force of the castor. If the Castor (Odin)dies, the magic (Bird) will still live on but won't be able to be replicated.

@@Liam-se4ji it's full of unskipable cutscenes with the absolute peak being a boring ass 3 hour cutscene playing as Artheus in Jotunheim, what makes you think anyone who plays these interactive movies will dickride them like you do? Literally 40-50% of the main story is unskipable cutscenes or moments where you're not in the control, imagine prefering another uncharted clone over the OG GoW Trilogy.
