When rose couldn't find her chicken, the pure silence is comedy gold. With the pause and the looks on their faces holding the fried chicken. Aunt Angela got the chicken from the garage and the cage was empty. However they thought the chicken died but at the end it was revealed that the chicken was in the freezer and count bessie was playing the piano again.

My girls kept me laughing ,crying sad uplifting an emotional educated they will always be on my tv until no longer on the air.i will truly miss the golden girls all four of them RIP GODS FOUR ANGELS.

I never watched The Golden Girls till this yr, 2021-22. Im 61. These shows are hilarious . My dad was a pastor so Maude was never allowed. Never heard of The Golden Girls. Now I just came to assisted living. The Golden Girls are on Hallmark Channel at night and mid morning. When I cant sleep they make me laugh all night. Ive researched Stan, Sophia, Blanche, Dorothy and Rose to see wiki...death date and marriages etc. They are perfect in this season of my life. FRAZIER AND REBA are also on but I dont watch them.

Hard to believe this series was 37 years ago! Betty White was 63 but was able to pull off playing a much younger character.
