I do like that place. Again, I am disgusted it is another perfectly good home that will be torn down.

I like when you revisit houses because you never forget about them

Yep, blue colors were still popular in the 80s. My mom had me paint a room in her house sky blue in 1982 when I was a teenager . You're almost always spot on in your dates of things. I'd totally keep the original style of any house I lived in, from any era. I'd keep the brown cabinets and tile. I would not get rid of the wood paneling.

I love that even though the house will be torn down(which makes me sick) you are so respectful of shutting lights off and closing doors behind you. I absolutely hate when people destroy these abandoned homes.

I hate that a lot of these places are being torn down. Especially with all the homeless people we have. Such a waste

Thanks Ethan, for taking us along on this explore. Sweet house. It’s definitely what $$ looked like in the 80’s. It’s truly a shame that this one is going to be gone soon. Congrats on being so close to a great milestone. You’ll be there before ya know it. ✌️

I would move in there to. Remove all the wallpaper and WOW. What a house. I paint for a living. The simplest way to make a house come together.!! Thanks for the video.

Love this house from the 80’s! I was a teen then . Loved that era. Every room was spot on. Makes me so sad to see it go. Thanks for letting me see part of my past again. The good times😊keep bringing these houses to us please. Your greatly appreciated. Yes and I think you would be a great realtor. Probably seen more real estate then most at your age. Plus your personality is so pleasant.

Absolutely gorgeous property!!! Sad that this will be demolished 😢😞😰 As you stated, I would love to see this place saved & lived in & loved once again 👍🙏💕 Loved the size of the master suite! Loved the French doors! The staircase was beautiful! Love seeing all the unchanged original finishes! The wallpaper and matching drapes is always cool to see! I love the French doors in the living room. This was a really beautiful example of a fine '80s home! 😎✌️

I'm surprised that this house was built in the 80's. It had more of a 70's vibe for me. I'm thinking that the nice bedroom at the end opposite to the master was perhaps a mother in law suite. And, the fireplace down in the family room was an air-tight fireplace insert, which meant that it was meant not just for ambiance, but also heated the downstairs pretty well I imagine. My parents had a wood stove model that was exactly like the one in the video. Thanks Ethan! And, hit 100,000 before the end of the summer!

That is a beautiful house, I wouldn’t change anything, except paint a few of the white walls. Thanks for the revisit..
