Well we live under robber barons under capitalism and look how much damage it's doing to the fabric of society and of nature. Anarchy only works when 90% of the human populations ceases to exist and the remaining 10% practice tribalism/collectivism (think Native Americans). 1984 is more so a representation of a capitalist regime turned into a powerful military industrial complex, hence the necessity of war to maintain power and the illusion of social order. Pure authoritarianism would be regulated by the natural truth, Darwinism, and realism. That’s why Orwell included the 2+2=5 within the story, he demonstrated that the head state partook in no single truth but contstantly made up a new truth. Orwell wasn’t and anarchist he was a pure collectivist and he acknowledged that humans couldn't self regulate without having a pure order doctrine that was regulated by truth. That’s why liberalism and capitalism will fail. Greed cannot regulate because it violates the laws of truth and of nature and ultimately creates a false truth authority that uses lies, deception, famine, war to create illusionary power

For the progress of the specie you must bring something useful to the table. take for example stephen hawking, in a purely profit based ecosystem his existence and the acceptance of his handicap is justified by his intellect and help in forwarding our knowledge on how the universe works. In this same ecosystem, a welfare leech's existence isnt justified for the benefits he bring to the specie are negligible. Therefore he is considered a waste of resources/output of usefulness and accumulates a "dept" towards his ecosystem and specie for holding its progress back.

@@aquarius1454It took USSR nearly 45 years to recover from WW2, and it was at constant proxy wars to distract from internal problems (Korea, Vietnam, Egypt, Syria, Afghanistan) ending in its collapse the moment Eastern Europe was able to Vote them out of power. It was USA, but Communist. Warsaw Pact was NATO, but Communist. USSR was never able to pay its foreign debts off from WW1, or WW2, causing Russian Federation to finish paying the USSR's Lend-Lease off in 2020, some 75 years later. China, despite 78 years of unheard of prosperity, hasn't been able to pay a dime of it's $2 Trillion pf debt to the USA, and is still legally classified as an "emerging 3rd world economy," in US trade relations, due to its unstable and failing economy. So no, I'd rather live in modern Ukraine under Russian shelling than under INGSOC, USSR, or CCP.
