Great video. Pity the grass is growing around it making it look untidy. Not sure how often the grass is cut there but the cemetery is in a beautiful location , nice countryside surrounds. I have been fortunate to have made the pilgrimage to Brians gravesite from Australia a few times over the years and each time the site the lawn was well tended to, maybe the workers there have gotten a little lax of late. Brian Jones is the forgotten man of the Rolling stones. He formed and named the group and was crucial to their early sound until drugs loused up his life. The Stones went on to become mega stars in the 1970s and beyond that some critics may argue Jones wasn't needed anyway.

Such a perfect place to lay Brian to rest. At the entrance, the building looks like a small castle. The place is very quiet, the grass uncut, which gives it a more restful look, rather than a place where there are always people working, keeping the grass short and disturbing the area and I like that Brian's headstone is white, which makes it stand out. Of course, I would rather Brian were still around and living a happy life . But as long as I live, Brian will live in my memory .

The era when drugs were supposedly still "cool", took many lives, not all famous. Sex, drugs and Rock and Roll was a LIFESTYLE. The whole band was guilty...the irony was they ragged on Jones as not being dependable...sort of like a guy who can't hold his liqour. Today survivors make a big deal of staying clean...it's actually surprising so many did live through it, though many are more ruin than rocker. Jones died VERY YOUNG. He missed EVERYTHING.

Keith and Ron stumbling around stage with no idea what day it is or what country they're in. 20 f'ing guitarists, on stage, back stage, on tape playing what Keith and Brian (or Mick or Ron) put on record - only times 20.
