For real though XD it's extra hard to bake with gluten free flour, I've given up baking since I've been diagnosed as a celiac because its just really annoying

@@adriankakuja6978 Do you use xanthan gum? With that and some bicarb you get foolproof gluten free cakes. I also have coeliac disease and felt I had to make a cake whilst watching this video to prove to myself how easy it is to bake a cake without a recipe!

@@cherrydoodles oh i actually havent tried that! ive just tried to bake as if i was baking a normal cake but changing the normal flour with a gluten free one, ill try xanthan gum and see if i can make a nice cake with that thanks! >_

The amount of coco powder I would assume. For a whole chocolate cake (about double the batter) it's normally only 2-4 tbsp. That stuff is incredibly bitter.

i feel like in foodtech we learned to make a victoria sponge and it was so easy cause it was equal amounts butter sugar and self raising flour with 1 or 2 eggs no milk lol. You cream the sugar butter and flour into like breadcrumbs and then mix the egg to turn it into a thick liquid. Thanks Ms Collins. 😂
