Hawkgirl rules! I think her betrayal story was handled very well, as they made her sympathetic and conflicted between alliances. Hell they could've just had Hawkgirl suddenly turn into a complete bitch for shock value and made her irredeemable after that (which is how a lot of betrayal stories seem to get played), but i'm glad this wasn't the case

The part where the demons think she’s an angel with the wings is very clever

Spoiler Alert! According to Bruce Timm, Shayera and John Stewart do eventually give in to their feelings for each other after John’s relationship with Vixen dies down. Meaning John and Shayera do get married and their son, Rex, is born. Rex becomes Warhawk when he’s a teenager and starts off with either Young Justice or the Teen Titans.

One of my favorite characters in JL/JLU universe. Some of the best lines in the series came from her. I just wish she was more powerful (close to Diana) and less vulnerable. Also, Nth metal helmet, claws, and armor for her wings like in the newer Justice League comics.
