I just want to say you guys are doing such an amazing job. It's so great to have more story around these characters during the War! At first I was a bit disappointed that it was going to be audio only (because the Snape and the Marauders looked so great, I wanted more) but it is actually a good surprise, it works really well and it's very atmospheric, it does feel like we're right next to the characters. Keep going like this, I'm looking forward to the next episodes :)

This just shows how truly powerful Snape was! Not even the best of St. Mungo’s could heal Remus! But even on the wrong side, the Half-Blood Prince shows his capacity for mercy.

Severus used Sectumsempra. He created the curse. Along with the counter Vulnera Sanantor. It would make sense that he would be the one to heal Remus seeing as he's the only one who knows how to.

@@angelined9814 Pretty true, the Sectumsempra spell can only be reversed by Vulnera Sanentur, both of which are spells created by Snape. He's the only one who knows how to use either one.

James is being completely unfair. Peter may be a coward, but in this episode he made sense. That fight could've been avoided, but James went too far. He wasn't defending Lily, he was defending himself! HE'S the one who should be sorry.

Vulnera senanture is the counter spell for Sectumsempra and kinda does sound a little like a song, if you listen close in the half blood prince after Harry Curses Draco with it Snape turns up afterwards. When he is scanning his wand over dracos wounds he is kinda whispering what sounds like a 🎵 'vulnera senanture'

The beginning scared me lol...I wasn't expecting anything live action!!! Merlin, this was so good guys!!! Death Eater meetings are all I could ever ask for honestly. Also this all felt super cinematic. Ya'll know how to radio drama. The end with Sev healing Remus...broke me. My soul has left my body. Sev acknowledging they could have been friends, the bitterness in his voice, the anger...the regret? Mick blew this outta the park!!!! Moooooooooore more more, I need!!!

I’ve never liked James or peter honestly. But like I hate to admit Peter was right. Poor Moony. And wow... Bellatrix, I’ve never heard her so calm and sane. When Snape told Remus “we could have been friends...” I felt that, holly shit. My two favorite characters on the whole series 😭

I hate to admit Peter was right, whose idea was that? Not Remus, "Bad idea" , not even Sirius' who was hesitant about this in the beginning asking "Are you serious?" and after what happened admited "I don't know if this was good idea and whether we were right" but James' because of jealousy which he tries to cover up now by saying "I protected her" from whom? Old friend?

You're speaking about this as if it were canon. This fight never happened, and why is everyone hating James just because of one of the memories of the person who was his ENEMY. I know that James was a bully and all, but he was always against the Dark Arts and the best in the year along with Sirius. And don't get me wrong, but if you like Snape, I'd like to remind you that Snape never protected Harry because he was the one who was destined to defeat Voldemort. He sort of hated him, called him arrogant like James, and gave Harry a terrible time at Hogwarts. It was only because he was Lily's son that he protected Harry, thinking that he was doing it for Lily. He did not care about what happened to James, while James risked his own life trying to save Snape.

Loved the last part the most. Snape and Lupin, a dynamic we only had a brief glimpse of in the books. It only strengthens why Snape would have helped out Remus later in HP PoA. And the painting of Snape in the end was beautiful. The game of chess between Aruthur and Luthor and what Luthor actually went on to be was brilliant!

That really is under Dumbledore’s order not because Snape wanted to actually help Remus. Had Dumbledore not asked Snape to make the potion, Snape would have not done a thing

These events show why the Marauders were so divided leading up to the Potters’ deaths. James’s decision to mess with Snape that night was the catalyst that began to tear a rift between the four friends. Remus takes a Mission far north, Peter begins to question his loyalty to the others because of James’s reaction, Sirius will offer Peter the role of Secret Keeper as a gesture to show that his friends still trust him! It’s all falling into place! I daresay even Rowling herself would be hard-pressed to deny the canon-isity of this story!

Hashim ThaDream Yes it’s great writing but let’s not forget, Sirius started to not trust Remus because at that time in the books more werewolves were joining Voldemort. Remus couldn’t get a job at that time hence why James was sharing his wealth with him. So that’s a reason why Sirius thought Remus was the spy for the Death Eaters, which lead to a lot of Order members being killed.

And I kinda remember James and Sirius being one of Dumbledore's most powerful supporters, who are suddenly defeated by Snape who breaks them like twigs? ( after we've seen Snape's worst memory) Doesn't really fit right.......

Coming back with hindsight after this series has ended, they certainly brought everything full circle wayyy better than I could’ve predicted! I think they set up everyone well to begin the main story in the end! Loved this story from start to finish!

@@thelegend1801 Snape didn't fight back when they were at school, but James pushed them when they were of age, it actually does fit, Rage and Determination go a long way in achieving ones goals, and I am sure Snape has been planning his revenge for a long time

That was good! Even better than Chapter 1. One thing you could imppove is put the names of who's speaking. Most of the time It's easy to understand who's doing the talking - you guys are very good with writing dialogue - but once or twice I was a bit confused as to who was speaking.

I agree, some people voices sound kinda similar, and it's harder when there's more than 2-3 people having a conversation, I found the deatheater scene quite hard to seperate the characters voices, and the scene between Sirius and Snape before Severus goes to heal Remus. Otherwise I absolutly love this, it was great.

I loved Snape vs the Marauders & I was looking forward to this but I thought it was going to be live action like the Snape one, so it didn't hit the spot for me just because I wanted it to be live action again, I would love to be involved in making a live action one

But sure, me, the weakest wizard here, should have fought the man who screamed and cancelled every spell we sent at him with a single blast. All that after we done told you not to mess with him! Superb job as always. The live action part at the beginning was a nice surprise, I can't wait to see where that goes. The mental imagery of Peter returning to his mother, looking sick as a dog, was quite an entertaining thing. James' anger really is getting a touch out of control, just when we thought we had seen the peak of his anger after fighting Severus. Seems there is worse to come on that front. As for the scene with the Death Eaters, whoo boy! Kinda wished I could kick a few butts myself hearing them mock Remus like they did. But a nice surprise it was that Severus came back to heal him, even after he once again decided to give Sirius a rough time of it. And super kudos to the artists, lovely pieces of art as always! Can't wait to see the next one guys!

OH MY GOD THAT WAS AMAZING. I listened the podcast yesterday but seeing this interrogation scene with Lily was such a surprise! When I heard the word "Weasley" I LITERALLY screamed. I've missed them so much. Mother Pettigrew was exactly how I imagined. When James said Peter betrayed them, I was like oh boy, you ain't seen nothing yet😂 I'm very curious to see Peter's actual betrayel. Also James's hatred towards Snape is so strong that it scares me. And ugh hearing Death Eaters mocking with Remus was so hard, how dare you! It really shows how cruel they are. Plus hearing Sirius getting stunned was hilarious 😂 And I loved how Snape came back to cure Remus. This was such an exciting chapter, wow. I just think you guys deserve more appreciation than you actually get. Again, thank you for doing this, can't believe how talented and creative you're all are. I can't wait till' the next chapter. 💜💜💜 (Also if I made any mistakes I apologize for my broken English😊)

Luthor’s voice actor is a bit Tywin Lannister-esque.

This Luthor (sp?) is what Fanfiction calls OC (Other Character ). He calls 'Wiltshire' which is an alias for Malfoy Manor which most stories use. It is likely Floo addresses have aliases something like occurs in computer science. I like the part where Severus Snape comes to St. Mungo's and heals Remus Lupin.

Well! I've been begging for a film along these lines forever, so seeing as this is as close as imma get, I love it! It's almost like your bringing back the era before televison, when everyone listened to radio dramas! Terrific episode. Luthor is a new Character apparently of your creation. He had been the Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher and he's living a double life as a respected man in the ministry and a Death Eater. As he's never mentioned in the books I presume he will be killed before Lily and James die. I did notice a something that seemed off: When Luthor takes the Floo to Malfoy Manor he ends up on the grounds and walks into the manor. Floo travel as I understand it is from grate to grate so he should have come up inside.
