I'm so glad you had that ayahuasca experience. Absolutely life changing and reality shattering in the most empowering way. Illusions are revealed, pain becomes integrated, the ability to connect to the Self is incredibly strengthened. And it allows us to experience Universal truth beyond the man-made world. It brings us to a much deeper purpose, and helps remind us of this sacred experience that is so often littered with distractions and useless thoughts. Thank you for sharing!! I'm celebrating you and so excited to see how your journey evolves, Alyx!! AMANDA, Just got to your portion where you're sharing about your journey too 😭 YOU ARE SO SUPPORTED. What a beautiful realization you had for following what you know you deserve. I've also cut out substances and what a beautiful thing it is to explore a new way of living for the sake of your well being. I love you and I am so proud of you. This is truly a time of awakening on the planet and it's incredible to watch you evolve and find yourself even more. Thank you for sharing. You two are so fucking badass. Celebrating you both. 🥳🥳🥳

I could absolutely never do ayahuasca because I have a major phobia of throwing up/others throwing up. But one time I took a dab of what I thought was reclaim, which is the leftover wax in your dab rig, we used to scrape it out and save it in a little puck for when we ran out. I live in Denver now so no more of that, but anyways, I went to take a dab of it and it turns out it was dmt. It was a huge dab too cause I was thinking it was reclaim and not very strong. I smelled the infamous dmt smell as I excelled and gasped and screamed, "I accidentally did the dmt!" I had never tried it before, it was mt boyfriend's. And as I said dmt my voice went into slow motion and really low and echoed. I basically melted into the floor. I didn't know much about it so I really thought I was dying. It was lile roller coaster tycoon but falling through a tunnel in the floor. I have ocd and anxiety, never like to lose control, so it was super traumatizing but also therapeutic in a way. I basically was flopping around on the ground like a fish and saying "hello" and "am I dying" over and over. It was so weird cause my voice echoed, it was like when you're in a fun house of mirrors, but instead of a million images(probably because I closed my eyes) it was a million different voices echoing. About 5-10 minutes into the trip, my roommate was cooking a pizza and the oven timer went off. That beeping brought me back into reality. The idea of time and food and my roommates were within grasp again. Such a crazy experience, and like Alex said, I felt this huge bravery and lack of fear after doing it. Like if I can do that, I can handle anything. But since I do have ocd, it was traumatizing to lose that much control, so I did develop severe panic attacks for about a year after. Something would remind me of the trip, almost like ptsd, and I would feel like I was falling through that hole again. I remember being in the middle of eating and having to spit out my food cause I suddenly felt panicked and nauseous. Driving and feeling like I was floating and having to pull over. I couldnt even smoke a hit of weed for a few months after without tripping out. It's a lot better now, though and I'm grateful for the experience. I've definitely grown as a person since then. I go to a lot of a music festivals with music that people like to do dmt to in the crowd and the smell always makes me smile, looking back on all of that and the wild ride. I wonder if I'll ever do it again, but on purpose lol

i used to lie and tell people i wasnt autistic when dating them. my boyfriend now knows and hes autistic too (he actually found out from realizing how similar our traits are). warning: for trauma in the next bit for why i dont tell people (also sorry for any spelling/grammar errors its 3 am i dont give a shit) me being autistic is kinda obvious but i was still terrified to tell people because my dad would always tell me growing up that nobody would ever care about me because im autistic and i would "ruin" every relationship (platonic romantic whatever) by being autistic (he would even use the fact that my mom was a politician to manipulate me into believing that everyone knew i was autistic and thats why everyone bullied me at school and hated me and thats why all my friends were moving away and i just didnt pick up that my mom was "hinting at my autism" (she wasnt) because im "stupid for being autistic") so i had so much internalized ableism and fear of abandonment that i wouldnt tell ANYONE im autistic. i was diagnosed at 8 and im 16 and i only told my own siblings last year and 1 possibly 2 of them are also autistic and i was still TERRIFIED to tell them. none of my friends knew nobody knew. now i tell people right off the bat because if i get attached i will spiral and try to take my own life if i get abandoned (not an exaggeration but it mostly happens with the one person i get attached to) because of my internalized ableism. there have been times where ive put up with others hurting me to the point of re developing ptsd and while its hard to admit ive been toxic and obsessive and jealous at times because of how bad of a fear i have of people abandoning me. im working on overcoming all that and being a good person. its not even my disabilities that make me toxic at times it is my trauma/internalized ableism directed at myself but that isnt an excuse to make others feel bad so im working through all the trauma to be a better person for myself and everyone around me. and if anyone has any sort of disability and had a similar upbringing or similar fears of abandonment: just know people WILL still love you and you will find good people in your life, your disability is not burdening to others. having a disability does not make you unlovable or a bad person. if people abandon you because of your disability that is NOT your fault. once you find supportive people in your life things do get better. and parents: if you tell your kids they are a piece of shit or a burden or unlovable or any negative things for having a disability, i hate you. telling a child how horrible they are will destroy them for life. if you are going to hate your kid for any possible unchangeable aspect of their life, dont become a parent it will HEAVILY mess up a child if you hate them for something out of their control. whether that be their, race, gender/sex, sexuality, gender identity, physical disability, or mental disability (including mental illnesses those can be disabiliting). also i find it pretty ironic that my dad thinks im stupid for being autistic, i have a far higher iq than him. sorry for the long rant. tldr: my dad is an ableist asshole causing fear of being abandoned for being autistic, took years to tell anyone about me being autistic.

Just a quick correction about pigs and sweat, sweat is not meant to eliminate toxins, that would be urine and blood filtering organs (which I can't recall the name of in english), sweat is meant to lower body temperature, which only adds to pigs' stress, but nothing to do with toxins

I’m sure the guy he’s dating knows something’s off. They won’t get closer unless he tells him, and even then he may leave

I also have pica! Wanted to answer some of the questions that came up! Yes. Eating a lot of anything that isnt meant to be eaten is bad, it causes abdominal blockages. My version of pica is fairly extreme. I eat plastic, glass, myself, string, i ate a blade once. But some important things to note! If you have pica DO NOT eat toys! Get those chewable fidgets or eat candy wrappers normal plastic is not safe! It releases chemicals that can cause BRAIN DAMAGE!! Some people recommend gum but it doesnt work for me as part of my pica is the ripping up things part (which is good because everything i eat is small enough to pass through) for me when i eat myself its mainly the skin around my nails or my nails themselves, i think cutting your nails is overrated, let them grow untill theyre inconvenient and chew them off i say! But yeah just remember the thing about plastic and consider an autism evaluation if you also have pica! Just dont hurt yourself
