Apparently there's a Spanish gray hair study out there where gray hairs were reverse with molasses. From what I've heard, it's not from the copper, it's from the iron--but everyone is very biologically different. And, it can take as short a one week for the smallest change in hair, but as long as three years to affect all your hair--that will receive the benefit. I just think it's interesting how our hair can act like a health meter, showing us what we're missing in our diet.

Thank you for the tips. When my daughter was a child she was very anemic. The clinic nurse said to put a tablespoon of black strap molasses in a cup of warm milk. It worked. Her blood count went up. I kept oranges in the fridge for her to get vitamin C so it absorbed I think. Thanks for the remainder.

I take 1 whole tablespoon of the molasses, mixed with a tablespoon raw honey, mixed with 2 tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar in boiling water- not too hot so the honey won't lose its benefits! And, for the vitamins C I drink a few glasses of warm water with lemon or lemon extract-all early in the morning before breakfast!! There are at least 20 benefits of the apple cider vinegar, and many benefits of the raw honey!!

Thank you for sharing these info :) I just wanted to ask some question about massage if there's no problem does it have a specific age to practice it on our faces bc i've heard that you should be 30years old or more so you can be allowed to do so ... plz answer me
@msexlexi1606
@msexlexi1606 7 жыл бұрын
Kaylin Starlin, You can massage your face at any age, but my guess is some say not to do it until age 30 due to most not needing it until then, add it stimulates collagen and relaxes tense muscles that cause sagging and wrinkles. Collagen loss isn't an issue until in your 30s, and if you don't know how to massage the face, you can actually cause more wrinkles and problems you're trying to avoid. There are many tutorials on KZfaq on how to do it, but lots of people still don't know how to do it, in spite of them having videos. I've even come across some knowledgeable sources I find harmful. but the main thing to know is you can press down on your skin as hard as needed without doing permanent damage, but it's the stretching and side to side pulling that does damage. You can scrub off layers and layers of skin, without hurting yourself, as long as you don't pull the skin or stretch it. And you want to move from the bottom, up. And from the sides of your eyes, inward. I see lots of sources who wrinkle their skin, but do NOT do that! They also stretch and tell you to move up to down, and from the tear duct, out, but do NOT do those either! You can follow their advice outside of ignoring those rules, and you can start mashing the face before age 30, you just might not need to. And if something seems to be harming you, stop it. Good luck!
