Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 Maika’i Dried Fancy Medjool Dates
½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
½ cup pumpkin puree
1 banana, frozen
½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup ice cubes
Directions:
1. Add almond milk and Maika’i Dried Fancy Medjool Dates to a blender. Blend until the dates have been finely diced.
2. Add the remainder of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a cup. Optionally top with whipped cream, a dash of cinnamon, and ENJOY!
