HMD Global's 'The Boring Phone' is a Heineken and Bodega collaboration that's designed to make people more sociable. The Boring Phone is basically just a Nokia feature phone that's been rebranded, with a funky transparent design and the usual limited functionality. Oh, and some Heineken wallpaper shenanigans.
Still, The Boring Phone is ironically one of the more interesting tech launches of the week besides Motorola's Moto Edge 50 Ultra. Huawei actually just unveiled some new phones over in China, but not until I'd already shot a good chunk of this so it was too late to change the topic. But I'm hoping to get some hot content on that shenanigans ready for you soon, massive winking face thingy.

Gone were the days of boring phones... I miss those days where snake was the only entertainment & we used to have to type our polyphonic tones in from a magazine to get Airwolf! Oh & my demon drink that still makes me want to cry in a corner was MD20/20!! Happy Days!!

I have a motorola edge 2022 and its screen glass broke without any reason it was in the charger I was laying reading next to it and when I picked the phone and put it in my pocket I didn't realize it but after five minutes I saw it and for my surprise there was not even a scratch on the screen protector

Hi Mr Spurt, this week’s mention of Heineken is quite spooky as just the other day, in an unlikely and bizarre coincidence, I was wondering whether Heineken had improved taste wise in the 20 or so years it’s been since I last tried it. Yesterday as I was waiting at my local bus stop I happened to notice an abandoned half full can of Heineken on a nearby wall. I took the opportunity to see if the taste had indeed improved over the years but unfortunately it turns out it still tastes like rancid piss.
