I think the vulnerable outer can be countered by placing one turret on each side of the entrance and placing landmines or metal barricades around. The turret is good because it also defends the starter base.

Took this design and did a HUGE modification. I made this a 3 Maw design. Basically 3 of the singles attached by a Triangular Center column. Thanks for the idea!

Totally a OP, Very Safe, Cheap & Beautiful base.

To me the simple bunker 2x2 from prince is still the champ, i like the fact that you force them to blow into an armoured bunker and you can easily have two or even three of these designs at low cost around you when making them the others in sheet metal.

Affordable even with the extra metal and honeycombing. Very Impressive.

Built this with my friend on a 5x fast-paced server where everyone had 100+ rockets and it survived 2 raids. The first my friend defended from the bottom and the traps got them. The 2nd group was super chill and they said it was a 2-hour raid and we couldn't play much so we gave them the base. They were super impressed. I want to build this on an official server!

OH MY! He's done it AGAIN! FUCKIN' A DUDE! MWUAH! SO BEAUTIFUL! Alright, LETS DO ET! The overview first off is whew, intensely amazing, everything from cost to ease of use and fluidity through the base to building the base in steps, this is truly your best work yet. More detailed bits and pieces, the loop around the base is convenient and practical, i'm just not much for SUPER enclosed spaces so having to jump and crouch through doorways to move around to a door or to a box or bench is a little inconvenient, that's really all, personal preference. I would say as soon as you can make the outer layer full sheet metal so the idea of a rocket raid from one of the sides is thrown out, like you said "you want them to go through doors" and i think garage doors are completely fine as long as you have something weaker protecting the airlocks, so leading the raiders to believe all you have in your base IS sheet metal doors then you got them because after blowing 3-4 doors they are already committed and i think (might just be me) that they will just keep going if they encounter garage doors or not. The roof and the layers are perfect and offer the "go ahead and raid from the top" but then once they start blowing it up they will realize they fucked up which in most casees if it's an offline raid (because let's face it 95% of raids are offline) your only objective is to make the raid not worth it in the end. The drop down loot rooms are as ALWAYS OP as HELL! I honestly hope they don't get fixed or nerfed in any way because it is truly using the building system how it should be used but with inspiration and an original idea. i have seen people bitch about this build because it's just cancer to raid unless you have the resources to go straight through walls for about 3 layers BUT who the hell cares, it is not our job as people building the base to cater to who we are going to get raided by or who tries to raid us, there is NO incentive to make their lives easier. Keep up the BREATHTAKING content Wurst, you're an inspiration to us all.

I love this design, but the lack of doors in the loot room makes me nervous. Maybe I'm wrong, but I feel you have to keep all traps loaded with ammo otherwise naked groups could just rush until the traps are drained. Is that not a practical tactic here?

Evil Wurst hey not sure if you read comments but this base can have roof access when building all you have to do is only place place 5 of the 6 roofs then the go to the gap where you would normally place the 6th roof and upgrade the roofs on left and right of the gap to metal which allows you to walk thru then you can just add a single door metal doorway to the hole so only you can get in problem is when you add the doorway you can no longer walk thru so all you have to do is use the door push method by making the door swing out onto the roof instead of inside then you place one more doorway inside the roof that pushes you out . Hope you got what I mean if not could send screenshot

I found that on the bottom floor of the chest rooms, when I destroyed the box closest to the half wall, I could pick up the loot box if i was quick enough before it dropped on the ground. A bit annoying, but yes.

I did this base but managed to add a bunker hidden loot area Essentially nobody ever thinks to raid it as it looks like honey but isn’t once u place the trig roof it opens for 4 large boxes where I personally stored all my boom

Hi Wurst, as i was reading a guy asking for a clan version i was wondering what your thoughts would be to add an extra rings of triangle foundations at the start and making a third ring allowing opportunity for more drop chute loot rooms one or two could be dummy chutes with no loot but left tempting targets. The third ring may also give you more play with air lock design and shooting platforms for 360 fire fights., if kept as part of the airlock that third exterior ring could grant access to the exterior garage door auto turrets as i have seen you place in other builds. Up keep might be a bit of a beast but a clan may be able to grind that.
