Using Cheap ALUMINUM China-made pans and scraping them with steel spoons? that is AMAZING that they cant afford stainless QUALITY pans. EAT UP some great cheap ALUMINUM with your meal!

The food looks delicious but that bulletin board with thumb tacks in it right above the food prep surface causes me just a little concern. You've got to figure that occasionally one of those tacks is going to fall into the food.
