Michael everything happens for a reason you had bicycle accident and spreading the message of hope and inner peace. I was a drug addict almost died but I had a spiritual awaking now I work in place helping addicts we are all light towers spreading message of hope and inner peace

Jumping on a trampoline is one of the best ways to move the lymphatic system which does not have it's own pump. Even a small one indoors and barely leaving the surface, and holding on to something if you need to, is better than nothing.

I heard this great soul years ago via a Sounds True audio series he did. I had been a kid gymnast & swimmer but was a nervous, afraid, people pleaser young adult, & his example, studies & practice helped me stand up for 10k acres of mtn forest, against the timber lobby, developers & anti-gov folk & we saved that land, still wild but now protected public land. It's funny to realize how interconnected things are, yet nobody looking up at those unspoiled mtns today would know, "Dan Millman's life's work is growing there & protecting tons of wildlife & water." Michael's & Jessica's work has the same unknown same ripple effects, & that of everyone who hears this show. Great topic for MLK day. And it honors Gandhi, assassinated Jan 30, 1948 by a religious compatriot who resented Gandhi’s embrace of humans of all faiths. Gandhi had said to a Life Mag reporter, earlier that day, he saw the world getting darker. I hope we are shifting, despite the darkness, toward life, light, nonviolent courage & the way of a peaceful warrior, as they were.

Acupoint therapy….heal the scar tissue. Deep needles by an intuitive doctor…our Dr Andrew Taylor of Port Moody (Vancouver, Canada) trains other acupuncturist in this technique. You can wind up pain free when complete. He was a speed racer both motorcycle and cars and crashed and had to rebuild his leg from its condition of being smashed up. So he found the techniques at work and now he’s walking pain-free and he plans to get the titanium posts out of his leg. There is stem cell replacement that he gives athletes etc. You are a miracle Michael and I wish you and Jessica Great Grace on your journey. Much Love.

Another great show thank you Dan, Michael and all involved. So insightful, it left me feeling uplifted and ready to face life's challenges. I think we all need a mish mash of different teachers to help us on our journey, then we can pick and choose what resonates with us on our own particular path.

I commend you Dan for telling your relationship story because it hit home and I understand where you were coming from. I noticed many Americans struggle with relationships, including me. Great videos, I enjoy listening to these so much and get so much out of it And I couldn't believe it when you said you were 51 Michael!! 😱 I would have thought no more than 30 And the other man looks to be in his late 40s and he said 76? I love my indoor rebounder trampoline I use it at least five times a week usually with music I have a playlist and what Dan said is so true you can't be upset and bounce at the same time it just is such a joyful energy uplifter and the physical benefits are great as well. I also think it's one of the best forms of cardiovascular where you're not hurting your joints. It is very kind to the joints low impact

Roo is a Plymouth Rock Rooster. I had a pet Plymouth Rock hen when I was a kid named Charlene. I coukd Rock her like a baby on her back and she would go to sleep. At the same time in that batch of chicks we were given to rehabilitate my sister had a RhodeIsland Red Rooster. They were the cutest couple. Chickens are not as dumb as people think they are! Her Rooster, Doodle Doo, woukd protect us, and woe to the person who was his target if they were a threat to us. He would go after the threat with his spikes and ripped the pants and cut the leg of my sisters attacker!
