I wouldn't describe their namesake proverb as pessimistic. "A perfect society is always found elsewhere" really means that those who look for perfect conditions will never be satisfied. People always want what they can't or don't have, and once they have it they'll start to want the opposite again. Take seasons as an example. Nothing is perfect. The only way to be happy is to accept your present conditions and make the best of what you've got, to just be grateful in other words. That sounds pretty optimistic if you ask me.

Hey Fudgemuppet can you guys make a new Fallout 4 build. I'm thinking,The Ultimate Tank build complete with power armor, and the best of defenses and defensive perks. The main focus of this build is Survival, Tanking and overall staying alive damage is not as important. Now as it is a good perk I don't recommend getting pain train as it is a damage perk and to me at least not worth it nor useful for tanking.

I really hope that the next elder scrolls takes place in elsweyr or in blackmarsh

It suddenly came to me - Azurah is the Daedric prince of dawn and dusk. Cats (and some other felines) are crepuscular, meaning they are active during dawn and dusk. (in khajiit voice) _Coincidence? I think the ideal Elsweyr Elder Scrolls game main campaign would be the Maine of Elsweyr would be a fake Maine and you would be the true Maine o Elsweyr. I don't think its lore friendly, but could make for good gameplay.
