Gonna rant about the Snow Tower for a bit. I think the main thing that's holding everyone up with this tower is when it was created. In my eyes, it was either created with the crowning of the first High King of Skyrim, or with the sealing of Alduin. "When the Snow Tower lies sundered, kingless, bleeding" In the first theory, the Jagged Crown is the stone. We've already seen how royal artifacts can be stones, such as with the Amulet of Kings. In addition, Galmar mentions that the Crown supposedly holds part of the power of each king who wore it, also like the Amulet. The cave that is supposedly the stone could be the burial site that the Crown is found in. The Crown not being in use anymore would be a pretty easy explanation for the line on the wall, since the stone is separate from the tower, there is no king, and Skyrim's at war. I don't think this is likely, but it is possible, and interesting at the very least. I do think Alduin being the stone is much more likely. In every mention of Alduin, he's always described as a world eater. Even in the Dragonborn song, it says he has a hunger to swallow the world. What if the cave that's the stone is representative of his stomach, or his hunger? Or whatever power it is that he uses to devour everything? He could be the "king" in this scenario that left the tower, with the sundering and the bleeding being effects from the time wound. That's all contingent on the last two lines of the prophecy occurring at the same time, which may not be possible. Or the cave could be the time wound itself. Another thing I'll spitball is that the Snow Tower could be fulfilling "holding reality together" simply by keeping Alduin at bay within the time wound. I don't know. I don't think either of these are quite right. If the stone is the Crown, when was the tower made? That'd also make it inactive since 1E, which doesn't sit right. However, Alduin as the stone doesn't line up as well with the prophecy. I can't wait to find out what it actually is, though.

IMO this mod is only taken if your running pure energy weapons build otherwise better crits is a much more reliable and safe perk to take at the same lvl

Never thought about it before but Fallout 5 definitely needs to include dual wielding like they did in Skyrim. This build would really benefit from a saber in one hand and a laser pistol in the other.

This was fun. I would like a stealth assassin build. it would be funny to have a FO4 version of the Skyrim stealth archer, but no bows in the game. What about a friend of Pickman's, who gets his knife an goes after raiders and gunners? For the Skyrim builds you did mention mods. For example, the religion mods. No mods for these builds? I just thought of the Ant-Agonizer to go up against the Mechanist.

Narratively and world building wise, Starfield doesn't mean much for TES VI. Every BGS game kinda stands on its own merits and one of the biggest problems for Starfield was that it was completely new and from what I've heard, they did struggle to find an overarching narrative direction for Starfield. TES doesn't have that problem because a lot of the lore is established and what people generally want is well known so it's easier to work towards that. When you make something completely original, a lot of shooting in the dark is done in trying to divine exactly what works and what people want. Which is why Starfield will undoubtedly get a lot better over the next couple of years as expansions are released.

Bro left out the most important part of farming a little gold to get a ride to the wandering traders and refreshing their inventory until you find a “crafted potions are % better” than you go to riften for all the salt, springtails, and longfin fish’s for the restoration loop to get infinite magic

started playing oblivion yesterday since on a borrowd laptop since my laptop is in for rep and its one of the few games i own the borrowed one can run. and DAMN alchemy in oblivion is such a BREEZ to lvl up! its so damn fast compared to in skyrim and is despite its a LOT more plants everywhere in skyrim. also what sence does it made apples and pears makes some potions when made together?!? skyrims alchemy makes a lot more sence if you ask me!

It is ironic that game play "berserk" mode actually encourages hit and run tactics instead of aggression throughout the time frame of the "berserk" phase. Perhaps a more appropriate "berserk" mode would not only buff your attacks but your hit points as well such as doubling your hit points during the berserk mode and halving it when you exit berserk mode (just giving you an HP bonus during the mode and removing that bonus on exiting just as the "courage" spell does, might be deadly when you exit the mode but just doubling when berserk is invoked and halving the hp on exit should avoid being instantly deadly on exit even though this effectively halves the damage received during the "berserk" mode as well). Maybe it should be speed of attacks and attacks per round that should be buffed not damage though increasing attacks per round effectively buffs damage. Maybe someone should do a mod to make "berserk" more appropriate...

Some poor scaver soul will be walking along some place and hear the sounds of fighting and head towards the fighting thinking that they might get some good loot only to see this guy fighting a large group of super mutants absolutely tearing apart only to turn around and leave going nope as he heads back to his settlement
