+Daniel I'm quite sure that at least on a subconscious level the accent mattered more. Central European sound in it. That reaction could have been of anyone from any European country.

After watching the original I came back and watched it again here. It's amazing how there's so much stuff crammed into this video, while (almost) all of it is 100% accurate; simplified of course. I wish I had this during history class :D

I just discovered this video but Bill Wurtz said he needed nearly a whole year of research AND cutting those pieces together. He got so tired of it in the end and was happy to get this video done. But hey, it paid off for him.
