Looking forward to the Scorcese film and "Napoleon." I'm super-heroed and hunger-gamed out. The current social climate has jaded me against any kind of romance/rom-com. Probably will catch "Saw 10"...tradition. Good vid!

I was optimistic about movies until 2020 but since then I’m pessimistic. Most are high concept and seem to be trying to show how clever the filmmaker’s are or how clever we are for saying we like it, with the antithesis as a result. Most is dark and hardboiled with monochromatic filters sold as amazing cinematography and realism… I guess it could be worse, it could be found footage…

For theatrical releases, I've only got my sights really on 'Napoleon'. That John Cena film 'Freelance' I may check out though. I used to go to movies on an average of once a week or two and I did it it for yeeears then Covid happened along with mediocre films. I think I may have only seen about 9 movies this year in the theatre though with 'A Haunting In Venice' being the last one.

Not sure where you live but check out FathomeEvents. Because of them I've seen more movies in theater this year than I have in the past 5 years. I've seen Godzilla Tokyo S.O.S, Raiders of the lost Arc, Enter the Dragon, and They Live in the theater. Sure they are movies I've seen before but I've never seen them on the big screen.

Thanks for the super thanks! Most of the movies I'm interested in for the rest of this year are the smaller movies. Napoleon is the only bigger budget film that I'm interested in seeing. So sad Dune 2 was pushed back...

It's over 3 hours long. I'll probably end up peeing twice during the film. I should check out that website that tells you when to take bathroom breaks.

I watched Killers of the Flower Moon. I'm curious to hear your take/explanation why the Osage people so willingly fell victim to the white folks. Because I have no clue how on earth that was possible after watching the movie.

@@FreshIngredient I already do that. I try to squeeze empty my bladder at least 3 times before the movie starts. I also try my best not to drink anything during the movie until the last 30 minutes of the runtime. I takes some sips thougb if I'm super thirsty before that last 30 mins.
