@@kitkat3155 I mean different to respecting privacy in general which is what good people usually do, cheaters ALWAYS tend to use this excuse. I say this from not only my personal experience but that of many of my friends and endless people who post on the internet I’ve seen so many stories like that. Of course we are each entitled to our own privacy, but in a relationship, usually it is good to be open to your partner and refrain from keeping too many secrets, that way the relationship tends to stay secure (albeit having said that, each situation is different). But it’s such a common line cheaters say unfortunately :(

Second lady is a classic case of a women that used to be far more attractive and slept around with alot of toxic guys that had all the superficial things she wanted. Now that she is not as attractive, she's taking what she can get, but you can't fake attraction. Her husband is handsome, very nice, a good guy, but he doesn't have that bad boy energy and toxic drama she's used to and it doesn't spark anything in her, but he provides stability while she keeps her fishing lines out hoping one of her bad boy exes or one night stands will commit. He needs to move on, she's never going to be into him, and he's a good guy, with alot to offer.

The reality is that marriage is completely and utterly unrealistic.. most people get married to get their own selfish needs met, but don’t want to serve the other person. A marriage WILL NOT survive if you don’t put the other person’s needs in front of your own.. If you are only concerned with yourself, you will NEVER have a successful relationship of any kind. Most people want to be RIGHT instead of being HAPPY

The reality is that our ancestors in every culture figured out that the best way to create a stable and fair system for children to grow and mates to be divided among each other was some form of marriage. That ONLY works if your society has some mentality towards growing or adventuring, or completely oppresses everyone into compliance. If people are not rising to meet the expectation, that's societal decay. Humans have proven time and people over and over again that marriage works. It's individuals being selfish animals by refusing to be what makes us human and live by altruistic virtues that ruins it for everyone. Marriage is totally realistic, if your people are people rather than selfish animals. If your people have the mindset of, "We need to give part of myself to you and grow together rather than use you for my satisfaction," then your culture will last. If not? Your society will fail and the rising generations will scorn your failure and build something that actually works.

I’ve been married for 11 years and although my marriage is fine. I agree that marriage isn’t realistic. You never know what you’re going to get stuck with. 😬 I’ve watched so many marriages fail before 10 years and for a whole book of reasons. People grow and sometimes they grow into completely different people. 1 side does all the work and gets burnt out. Money problems…. If everyone was big $$$ at marriage things would be better. Let’s not forget in the bedroom some men aren’t lovers. Some are 30-60 second dudes. Some think they are entitled to their wives bodies whenever they want. I don’t think humans were suppose to be monogamous.

That is just not true. We have a really bad game of telephone where people STILL say "50% of marriages end in divorce". That is absolutely not correct. It is more like 14%. That stat was back in the 80s and it was over 1 year looking at the divorce rate and marriage rate for that year. Now the percentage increases with 2 3 4th time marriages or marriages with large age gaps. Marriage is hard for sure but so is anything in life. Family is hard. Friendships are hard at times when they last a long time. Marriage is still absolutely worth it when two people decide to share their whole life with eachother.

We both worked full-time and managed to share the load at home. We shared the cooking and cleaning. He did the handyman stuff, and I did the paperwork, according to our strengths. Unfortunately, he had a heart attack and passed away when the girls were only 9 and 6. That was 27 years ago, and unfortunately, I have never met anyone like him again. When I was a young, divorced mom of many children, I met a man who knocked on the wrong door while looking for an address. I spent ten minutes with him at six in the evening, he was back by ten, and moved in by eight the next morning. He changed my life in every positive way imaginable and my kids adored him. We eventually ended our romantic relationship but we remained friends until he died a natural death. My (near retirement age) kids still talk about him, affectionately. I don't think it's so much about the 'timing' as it is about the people involved. My oldest daughter married her husband (at age 19) after only knowing him for a few months. Forty years later, they still adore each other and have had only two arguments.

I dated a woman for 5 months and she suddenly ended it. Three months later, she wanted to get back together so I said yes. We got married 2 years later. I found out 6 years into the marriage that she had broken up with me to go out with a guy who asked her out. She initially had no interest in him until she found out he was a multi-millionaire. When he broke up with her 3 months later, she came back to me. Finding out that she was that shallow really changed my opinion of her. And that she kept it from me all those years was even worse. I mean, she used to make fun of this guy when he would ask her out. But when she found out he was rich, that all changed. We've been divorced for 14 years now. And I haven't dated since.

Oh, here we go with the singing. They are always going to be a big singing star and they’re sacrificing their career that they don’t have and never would.😂

They always suck too, I never see any clip of them singing or rapping where I'm like "damn they're so talented."
