#Tafsīr | Allāh says: فَرِيقًا هَدَىٰ وَفَرِيقًا حَقَّ عَلَيْهِمُ الضَّلَالَةُ ۗ إِنَّهُمُ اتَّخَذُوا الشَّيَاطِينَ أَوْلِيَاءَ مِن دُونِ اللَّهِ وَيَحْسَبُونَ أَنَّهُم مُّهْتَدُونَ “A group [of you] He guided, and a group deserved [to be in] error. Indeed, they had taken the shayatin (devils) as allies instead of Allah while they thought that they were guided.” [7:30] At-Tabarī (رحمه الله) said commenting on this Āyāh in his “tafsīr” (12/388): Allāh is saying that the group who deserved [to be in] error are misguided from the path of Allāh and prevented from traversing the straight path because of having taken the Shayatīn as allies and supporters besides Allāh, ignorant of the mistake they have done. Rather, they did so thinking that they are on guidance and upon the truth, and that the correct path is what they took.

U want good for every muslim by letting them ruled with taghūt/jaahiliyya laws?. Yes that makes a lot of sense. The one who drinks alcohol he commits this sin against himself, where as ruling the affairs of the muslim by taghūt laws legislated by the shayateen threw the tongs of their awliyaa is hurting the muslims in general. The Sharī'ah is protecting the lives, wealth and honour of the muslims, and not playing around with snippets from Sharī'ah. May Allāh guide us
