Hmm. The alternative is testing on humans first, which will result in a ton of people dying and suffering. Or just not testing any new medicine or treatments. In which case no new cures for people.

Absolutely, and 80% of the time the results don't map onto humans and insilico options are also available and developing fast like every other technology now, just need humans to start to think more ethically and be Vegan.

v sorry but flying cars are a non starter. Traffic accidents are common and in a 3d arrangement the people innocently walking to school on the ground underneath cannot legitimately be subjected to indiscriminate collateral damage.
