Directions:
1. Pour out the chickpea water (aquafaba) and save for other recipes. Rinse and drain the chickpeas with water

I love making hummus, also. Something I learned from Refika’s Kitchen is to intermittently add ice cubes instead of the water. It makes the hummus super fluffy…really elevated my hummus to another level. I love your addition of non traditional elements like the pomegranate seeds!

I love how you incorporate your Chili oil into so many of your recipe's. I think for many cooks it makes trying that recipe so worth it as there are many ways to use it all up. In our house- everything that gets made these days gets chili oil added! Its a pantry staple and would love to see more oil infusion recipes from you! As Always- thankyou!

Pomegranate is an interesting option, but, I miss a bit of cumin in the groudrecipe. I effing LOVE hummus, I make a batch every week, and I try a lot of different flavours, thanks again for your interpretation and inspiration.

I love hummus too! I was wondering when we would see the chili oil used in hummus! I use it in so many things... Your recipe for hummus is very similar to mine, but your olives are better than mine and I'd never thought to use pomegranate seeds. It really looks beautiful. And using nori on the chili hummus! You really take things to the next level, and I never fail to be impressed with your videos. Thank you.

Hahaha after learning the chili oil recipe I used it in my own hummus. But dry chickpeas soaked, boiled a bit, then mixed with tahini and jalapeños as well as garlic cumin salt. Either way looks great and cheers
