You did a hell of a job, better than a lot of techs that i work with. They have made me the ice machine guy , love em. Lots of down time waiting for harveat. Glad you waited for 3 batches. You will jinx yourself if you leave after only one.

I work for a School District, we work much different then the state i guess. I usually do them myself, but if i called you out, $800 isn't much, I'd approve it on the spot since your already there.

You can do it by manually entering the model, serial, and other information.

This particular state contract is priced differently than our normal rate but we typically charge $145 for the diagnosis and then we have flat rate for most other repairs.
