I was in Leeds General Infirmary at Xmas as kid and Leeds Utd came around and gave me a free shirt and signed it. He came in a spent about 30 mins or so just talking to me and my dad. He's a nice guy. Wore my Man Utd top the entire time though lol

We must slash bloated player wages too. I’ve been saying this for five years that players need to have lower base salaries and need to be incentivized with performance. Bonuses tied to titles and cup trophies team. Success must be the number one driver and motivator.

Looks amazing there Joe, enjoy, I think it is excellent that at last we are getting people in who know what they are doing, this summer is going to be interesting to see how much change there is in player personnel when these people are in place , I think we are more likely to see more next summer when these people have been able to put plans into place for the long term, exciting stuff

I'm excited for the changes coming. I think there's a difference between failure, non performance, and incompetence. Failure is 100% fine, but you should only be failing when you're aiming for excellence. Currently I think we have a lot of people in important positions who are incompetent or not performing. Taking the focus back to on the pitch results will be such a huge culture shift. Martinez is the perfect example of someone who was not seen as this flashy player all over instagram and has been so good. Antony is the failure in that scenario but if we paid his market value and we said he's not good enough but we see why he was bought it'd be a failure but for the right reasons

We currently employ over a thousand people, pretty much identical to Bayern who are very well run, about 700 less than city(wonder how many are parents/spouses/siblings of players etc...), 2000 less than Real. But I would guess we have a lot of middle management and many spendy senior positions and directors... the glazers stink of jobs for the boys, as we saw with Woodward. We need to be going back to a culture of having the best people in the right roles, with good structure around all. But 1000 employees is probably around the right number.

Looks like United have been like an old cart horse abused and overworked to the bone for the benefit and profit of the glazers and INEOS have come along and seized and rescued it. May the recovery be MASSIVE

The playing squad needs a big name to be made an example of, to tell these players standards are important, it’s why I think rashford should be moved on. INOES like youth players brought through, and I just find someone like rashford the worst example of a senior player I wouldn’t want youth players anywhere near someone like rashford. Do we see Maguire, lindelof, shaw, awb, mctominay, rashford, Fernandez linked with Real Madrid? No, that says it all about those players, and their type that need removing in the next few years. Keep hold of mctominay and fernandes, no elite club wants them

It's crazy to think that United didn't even have a Sports Psychologist before Ragnick pointed it out. Is there any wonder our players mentalities are so bad? Now take into account all the other back room staff that have either come in or been replaced. All these small details have added up. It's like the Glazers have the complete opposite mindset to marginal gains. Marginal losses, I.e. how much can we cut back on and save and still be a semi decent side earning good revenue....

Get the likes of Nicky Butt who started our excellent youth system and loves the club. As for this Professor you must all we wet behind the ears, him and Brailsford were very well known for other enhanced activity as as opposed to hard graft
