Oh, yeah, it'd be a real shame to try and undo the environmental catastrophe we've made by spoiling your idyllic vision of wheat fields. "We did it! We've saved the planet so future generations can continue to grow wheat!" "Yeah but it's *so ugly!*" Boo friggin hoo.

I enjoyed seeing the Great Western sifters in use. I once worked for them building the hard maple frames for the sifter boxes. Really cool. Don’t try to ride one. Though it’s possible, it isn’t at all safe. Greetings from the high plains of Texas.

Should be illegal. I love how they make this process of taking out literally ALL the nutrients in the grain, and pump out garbage, seem like it's all American.
