If you need to buy a car, take your cash to the car dealer and get what you want. Cash and carry. No long story. Save yourself the headache. I like the fact that the judge awarded the interest. Very fair!

Is it a crime to support brother business? I gave my little brother money to sew shirt and pants for my son since December 2018, up till date no clothes no money. Maybe is a crime to support siblings business in Nigeria because every family pass through same family issues in Nigeria.

The brother agreed to this already, so what are saying. However, IZuchukwu can’t provide evidence that even sent money to any body in US. I feel for this family, this court case has even opened a lot information to his brother. I believe the interest added was fair, even though the settlement plan is really very stressful.

Judge Funmi, you are doing a good job ma. I suggested you discharge more duties that before granting a Plaintiff and Defender access into the Court. They should remove their caps, dark glasses and must switch off their phones.
