Add a tablespoon or 2 of water at the most to your empty pasta jar, put lid on and shake, turn upside down on counter for a minute or two...the remaining sauce will come right out..no spatula needed...much easier this way and the extra water in the sauce will not hurt the recipe...definitely worth a try...been doing this trick for years...looks great. Must try.
