One of my biggest weaknesses. I just can't trust people to do things right and it probably comes down to the fact that I'm weak at holding others accountable

Thank you so much for this video. I've learned about employee empowerment as the Director of my own firm but I never had it broken down so simply for me. Feels amazing to step away and have the experts on my team take charge of their own "problem space".

Great content. Delegation is my biggest weakness, and I know I won't be able to solve this with just one video. But at least it points me to the right direction.

Great video! I have been kind of intuitively following most of your advice before, but having this knowledge presented in such a clear and organised way will let me do it more conciously. Thank you for doing this, and I'm waiting for more!

This stuff is really good. Really enjoy it. You should find a way to bring this channel to a larger audience. Sharing it with my teams internally now.

Thanks Gustav! That's the plan, at some point. I want to have a little bit more of a base of content before I try to market it out, but I might also be stalling on it because I'm a bit clueless as to how. Ideas welcome :)

Marcus Frödin thanks for the content! I also find your videos really useful! I agree with Gustav you should try to bring this to a bigger audience. I don’t really know how to do it but I would suggest to advertise (basically by playing one of your videos) at the begging of other KZfaq videos.

@@marcusfrodin Sounds good! I'm not a marketing guy at all but might help to cross post videos with Medium articles or similar. Will share in my network. Would love to see some videos on managing managers within tech orgs. Not a ton of good content out there discussing that topic, at least that I've found.

So many power lines. The first that called to me was "I think that any manager that has seen the power of delegating ownership over a problem space to someone on their team and have them absolutely crush it in a way they knew they couldn’t do it themselves, understands the importance of delegating in the right way."
