AK47 Gun Guide for Pavlov VR
The AK-47 is known for one big thing, dem 1 taps to the face. How well does it keep up with the other Assault Rifles of Pavlov VR? Is it viable?
In this video we do an in-depth analysis on the AK-47 and see how it performs in general and where it fits in the Search and Destroy meta. We look at stats, economy, and we cover how to use it.

You get that front sight centered so quickly! Did you build it as muscle memory over time, or is there more to the technique? Awesome guide!

Its a couple things really! Personally I use Virtual Stock setting, which helps to steady the weapon as if you actually had a real stock going into your shoulder. Its also a combination of muscle memory, real life firearms experience (which I have very little of but hey, its still counts lol), and just practicing. Chillst3p has a bunch of great aiming tutorials as theres many different aiming techniques that work for diffrerent people. I personally use 2 index controllers separated but he uses an index controller and a vive wand and puts his hands together. Some people use an actual VR stock. Its all about finding out what works best for ya. But seriously his aim tutorials are pretty solid! Thank you for watching! Glad you enjoyed :D

Some advice about the "paddle/mag bump" reload : You can get it 100% consistently by having your AK pointed up at the sky with your grip hand and knock out the magazine with your front hand. It'll work consistently and allow you to reload faster if you prefer to grab your magazine first

I find it funny that a lot of people(including me early on) Couldn't figure out the fastest way to reload, now it seems like I'm that fastest one because I always run up on people mid reload.

Countless thanks! I'm currently trying to achieve at least more-than-average level in Pavlov and your videos help me out a whole lot! (Even though I won't have access to my VR for at least a year quite soonish, it would still be fun wrecking people at the arcades and tapping the targets at actual firing ranges).

Hey thank you for the tips. Before I had no clue how much money you got with kills from the ak. Let alone the suppresser bringing the price to $100. Lucky I never use suppresser I took your tips and shat on people for 30 mins straight. Best video I have posted with the AK YET!!!!! Well thank you! Glad it helped out :D Theres already a couple aim guides on yt for Pav, but I might make one in the near future. My biggest point is that how you hold controllers and what weapon you use is all personal preference and takes practice at the end of the day!

fun fact: the dust cover and rear sight bounce, which could make it harder to aim. (but you seem to have aiming under control for any weapon)

So I practiced for about 2 days In the kill house, practicing my headshots, went into a lobby and got 157 kills (and 247 deaths bc people are Arnold Schwarzenegger apparently) Are you proud of me?

I personally have better luck using the AK-47 over the M4. The AK feels like I'm actually shooting someone whereas the M4 feels like I'm throwing small rocks at them.

if you have good aim the ak47 is thr best to use on snd, i play santorini mostly and my favorite kill was when i killed a few people through a hole in between boxes mid map

AK top tip - Close to mid range aim above your opponent's head and trace a line down while slamming the trigger, feels kinda like you're slowly hitting with a sword/blessing them with Holy water but really gets the head shots in. Practice with the iron sights and take a silencer for stealth anti sniper kit, you'll miss a lot but in single shot you can put a lot of accurate enough rounds out that'll you'll quickly strike a lucky head, once you've done it a few times just the sound of your rounds skimming past the snipers nest will clear it out.

@@itachisenju5303 long range, leave in auto and tap the trigger to get your single shots, keep the silencer on so you can put a good number of rounds up on the snipers nest without drawing return fire. I tend to harass long range targets to pick up kills between mid and long range (the old "you miss every shot you don't take" strategy).

For sure! Gun guides have been slow as of recent with the anticipation of sided weapons so I apologize for that. The Ak-12 is kind of painful to use as of rn because of its recoil, but Ill have a guide for it soon!

"Irons are shit" tell that to Vasily Zaitsev. One of, if not the best sniper in history. He ONLY used iron sights.

I think you mean Simo Häyhä. But even then, they were both amazing snipers. Vasily got around 242 confirmed kills in The Batlle of Stalingrad, while Simo got 500 in the Winter War. Big difference, but they still got good kill counts.

I think for the most part yes, the only ones Im not certain about are the shotguns, but I dont have a quest to test it out.

New gamemode i made not sure if i was the first to make it its called Ak-Choose (NickNames=Ak47-Choose )(ak4-choose)(ak-roulette You gotta use a ak47 or any gun that looks like it 3 guns that have the same colors and look like it a bit (mode) So its like eeny meeny mynie mo but you choose the person and you basically give them a riddle or quiz If they get it correct they shoot someone in a certain bodypart like foot leg arm hand and stomach if you shoot them in the head the person that was gonna shoot a bodypart is eliminated and you keep doing it til theres 2 final people you gotta make them 1v1 -traitors have to be the leader anyone shooting the leader will be eliminated and be killed for 3 rounds killing anyone without permission will get you hunted if you do it non-stop and you must drop your guns til you got permission to grab it when you did well choosing thing where you choose the person -people that cant talk will be in a group and you will quiz them with only yes and no questions Thats my pavlov game

AK-47 is the headshot King cuz it's high recluse makes it so that you am at a lower part of the body you're most likely going to hit the headshot

Historically, it was way ahead of its time! The STG-44 was the first true assault rifle, but the AK was and still is probably one of the most reliable and the best AR platform ever made. WW2 wouldve ended way sooner if the Russians came up with the rifle a few years earlier.

So when you spammed the AK what do you do push the controllers down to keep the recoil from going into space.. I really hate the AK,, the cheaters or nerd savants headshot you across the map every time, almost like they are using an auto aimer.

If you get a headshot it’s one shot kill most rifles are but it takes a few body shots if they’re at full health. But the stock AK is by far the best rifle.
