After the officer checks them at 4:00 p.m., everyone, whether they're on horseback or not, will be done for the day. Two guards on horses watch the entrance to Horse Guards on Whitehall from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. They switch out every hour. WHY THEY SLAP THE HORSE? I think this trooper is very kind and tolerates her abusive obnoxious conduct because of the children. He was obviously leaning away from her, but that creepy disrespectful woman just crept closer. Its obviously that he wasn't happy but, she continued to be patronising and abusive. She even dared to dress him up and down at a half inch close inspection. The only consolation here, is that people can walk away from her ridiculous self but she can't walk away from her horrible self. And why didn't the photographer say anything. Should have spoken to her and told the police. She's shameless and an embarrassment.

He is performing his duty to his country and should be given the respect of his position and honor. You don’t go up and hug a Police Officer, a General or The King of England you just don’t. This is not Disneyland, it’s not an amusement park ride. If you go to Disneyland and hang on Snow White or Mickey Mouse it’s not appropriate. Man these Kings Guard don't have it easy. It seems like people always get to close, man no one likes someone in their personal space. Its firstly hard to stand there , on top of tourist's taking pictures and all the noise and heckling. Brutal!!! Very professional and hard working Guards. I don't think I could handle it.
