This whole situation shows how entitlement can make someone so completely out of touch with reality that they could think their audience would be happy to hear that they've decided to stop working at entertaining them, and instead, be lazy but still make money off of them. I wish people would use ai for more creative stuff, implementing it with their content like DougDoug. More like having the ai interact with HIM and including the audience as well, not just having ai and that’s all.

Kweblekop sure likes doing a lot of work to avoid doing work. If he put as much effort into his videos as he does these AI tools or whatever his numbers wouldn't be in the trash.

It's totally possible to do this with AI. That said, it's absolutely nightmare inducing, but totally possible.

AI is a useful tool but it's not unique. A human is. Like someone mentioned earlier you can use a calculator to ace a test but it's not as if you yourself have done something unique or special in that regard. You just used a tool like everyone and anyone else can. So when it comes to content creation of any kind whether that be gaming, art, informational, ect, AI can be a useful tool in it all somewhere, which many people use now, but they're not using it to "replace" themselves and their content all together. They use it to enhance their content and work, not replace every single thing about themselves and their content for easy money. An example on heavy AI use is DougDoug. He's absolutely hilarious and he uses AI in all sorts of interesting manners, usually creating absolutely hilarious scenarios using it. Whether it's him against the AI, working with the AI, his chat against the AI, chat working with the AI, a 3 way battle of him, chat and AI, ect. He uses it in creative ways and it requires him to put work into making and coding it to work for these scenarios as well. Not to mention mixing it with him gaming at the same time like AI trying to ruin his game and him trying to beat it. It's actually unique content with AI. Kwebble is just trying to use it to both play his games and be him. He wouldn't really need to be working aside from editing. Free money machine.

The whole "AI art" thing is a really difficult conversation to have. We've come to the point where creative jobs aren't only be taken by people who want to be creative, but also by people who just generally want money and prestige, which is in it of itself completely fine, and in fact just goes to show how far the industry has come. But because now there are a lot of people now that only care about min-maxing their productivity, when technology like AI comes in, we are now forced to have to explain; what is art? For creatives, the people who just love to create, it's obvious, but it is hard to put exactly into words. For people like Kweblekop, it has always just been a means of getting money and prestige, and the question of what qualifies as "art" is purely semantic. And this pragmatic attitude towards art really rubs creatives the wrong way, the same way Caleb did in the video. This complete disconnect of what art fundamentally is is why, in my opinion, why discussions about AI content often go downhill very quickly. You can't have a meaningful discussion if one side think they're talking about the fruit while the other thinks it's about Apple the company. Also, a bit of footnote point, we have already been using forms of AI in content creation for years now. Editing software for practically every form of media guarantee uses some sort of AI to power its features. The difference is that this tech was made and implemented by people who knew the industry and wanted to help it, not automate it. I'm really sorry about this weird long rant of a comment, but I'm just really passionate about this topic. I genuinely think people like Kweb really just need to realise that the creative industry isn't for them and focus their AI efforts on something else. They're not doing bad work, but they forcing themselves and their work on people that clearly and vocally do not want or need.
