Kobe Bryant's highlights from the 2006-07 season. Besides the first 3 highlights (see credits below!) all the footage was recorded by me during all the live broadcasts. It's a lot, and rather than cut out some stuff, I wanted to upload it all. Feel free to skip around. And thanks for watching!
Kobe 06-07 // 31.6 ppg, 5.7 rpg, 5.4 apg, 1.4 spg, .463 FG% // PLAYOFFS: 32.8 ppg 5.2 rpg 4.4 apg 1.0 spg .462 FG%
Thanks to these channels for the first 3 game highlights I missed!

The thing people forget the most about Kobe and his career was that he came into the league at 17. Sounds insignificant right? Consider this, because he was drafted in 96 at 17, what we are watching is an athlete who physically is at the peak of his career while SIMULTANEOUSLY having a DECADE worth of experience at his craft. LITERALLY. Kobe is only 27 here folks. Now add in winning not a championship but multiple, seen every play in everybody's playbook, and had years (a decade) to polish his craft ALL at 27. UNREAL. Thats not even considering his mind and personality ie crazy work ethic, his attention to detail, and his brilliant way he saw and broke down the game. The experience/physical timing of Kobe is truly unappreciated. Unstoppable.

imo, this was more dominant than 07 cause in 06 they first changed the rules with hand-checking completely so refs were a lot more liberal with the whistles since the rules were not to clear with what the changes meant...but in 07 since both defenders and refs had a better understanding (after wade got shadow fouled to a championship), defense was a bit tighter so what he did was more impressive. to me this is the best kobe year, the kind of shots he was making at the rate he was was just ridiculous. he made our shit team primetime, must watch TV.

6:57 . 06:56 This move of his is my favorite thing he has done...so fluid in his movement, and flippant(in an impressive, good way) with the reverse, behind the head lay in. That's better than any high-flying dunks or 30 ft 3ball game winner I've ever seen him hit. Because that's a true Hooper 's made shot.. it's possible almost any big athlete can dunk well, almost anybody can throw up at 3 but, you got to be a serious basketball player who's played and is so very comfortable in his fundamentals and spatial awareness of the court and the lines for him to do that spin move correctly and make it look that good.... no part-time player is making that while making it look that nonchalant yet meticulously rehearsed. Those are the plays I like to see more of on people's career highlight reels
