hey mate if you get the job but question your own ability what should one do ? Go with the process and learn from it ?

Don't shy away from the challenge mate. Put your hand up for everything, don't worry about the small fails along the way. It is the quickest way to learn and to build confidence in your abilities

im going on a tour through my local exchange soon, anything i should look out for in particular?

I would ask to see the Main Cable duct if it is a main exchange or the gen rooms are impressive!

thx so much, are the technicians who work on mobile towers different to the regular field techs? are field techs allowed to work on tower equipment@@tyson_morris

Hey mate, I am not in the field role any more but it is a great job. Recommend that you go for it. Lots of opportunities will come from it if you go after them!
