I had no idea what to expect when I set out on this project. I was not disappointed, and would give anything to relive every second of it.
In this original series, follow the St. Marys Lynn Spartans of the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association (MIAA), where 2 words describe their brand of hockey: BLUE COLLAR, just the way New Englanders like it.
In Episode 1, we see tryouts as a couple dozen players seek to make varsity to start the season, the opening preseason scrimmage, all the way up to the opening night game at home. We also profile the coaching legend behind the bench, 36th year head coach Mark Lee.
Hopefully we can make this a multi-season series on another team next winter.
