Useful tip of the year: Go to your local ABS-CBN station and ask one of the workers to give you all the lost medias that was mentioned and tell it that your gonna put it in your “Private Collection”

I asked this way back in '99 while we were on our field trip inside ABS-CBN, if we can get a copy of a recording of a show. One of the staff told us that we can provide blank VHS tapes and a fee depending on how many tapes were needed.

It might be coming. I actually have a lost media suggestion for it. A show hosted by Joey De Leon where people show unusual or extreme skills and people rate them. The contestants dress like video game or medieval characters with a bandana and plain color tunic

TV5 has many lost media, such as drama anthologies like Love Notes hosted by Joe d' Mango, Hello Angel; sitcoms like Tondominium starring Richard Gomez and Vandolph, and We Are Family with Gabby Concepcion & Alice Dixson; gag shows like Rock n Roll 2000 with Vic Sotto, Joey de Leon, Jimmy Santos, etc., and Tropang Trumpo; game shows like Sing Galing with Allan K and Aiai delas Alas, and B na B with Anjo Yllana and Smokey Manaloto; and Love Bites with Edu Manzano. Wow Mali can't be considered lost media because its old videos are still being aired even now.

I still remember that For Kids Only being shown every Saturday morning on abs-cbn. I remember it's intro video in which there's this monster figurine then morped into a plushie of Genie from Aladdin. It's advertisements during that show are always toys from usa. One of my classmates is in that show as well.

4:10 For Kids Only was aired from the mid to the late 90s every weekends at 08:00-09:00AM before moving to Sunday timeslot at 09:00-09:30 on ABS-CBN 2 then moved to RPN-9 lasted in the early 2000s

Can't believe lost media pala yung Agila, ang naaalala ko dun ay yung inuukit na wooden sculpture ng agila yung nasa opening credits. Pati rin pala yung pagiyak ni Noli wala ring video, alam ko habang umiiyak si Noli e nilo-loop nila yung images ng crew nila na nagtutulak ng satellite dish habang umuulan. Paulit ulit si Noli sa pagemphasize about sa effort nila sa coverage pero walang magagawa kasi nga maulan at ndi naman nila kontrolado ang panahon. Then ang malinaw lang na pictures ay galing sa Cebu and another location sa Visayas pero partial eclipse lang, sa may either Sulu or Tawi-Tawi lang ata visible yung total eclipse.

For kids only naku for rich kids Lang yta mga Yun Lalo lng ako na iingit kasi Yun feature Nila mga toys, kids clothing oski bikosh ang mahal pero fave kid show ko ito every Sat or Sunday Morning ito.english speaking mga kids sa show na Yun.

Well nice info. I remember it correct, Isabel was air at 5 pm in Manila, however other Abs-cbn regional stations (including Cebu, Bacolod, Davao et al) are broadcast at 4:30 while 5 pm will be the Local TV Patrol follow by National TV Patrol.

There's also the paranormal documentary show _Verum Est_ where a number of episodes such as the segment about backmasking are still unaccounted for even when the network uploaded some of the other episodes in 2020.

There is also a Tagalised Cebuano drama entitled "María, Isabel" aired on ABC-5. May commercials iyan nang Sunpride Foods, especially iyong Holiday.

April Marcial was the host of For Kids Only. And yes, I could imagine why that show didn't last long. It was mainly targetted for middle class to upper class kids, or the kids who can afford the toys being featured on the show. And even the kids there were wearing expensive branded clothes like OshKosh BGosh, and "spokening dollar". Pang "conyo kids" ika nga. Very far from the main target audience of ABS, which is the MASA.

I heard many people who have watched that admitted they felt jealous to see the kid hosts playing new toys and wear expensive clothing. That kind of show would never be introduced on TV these days, as like you said it usually targeted towards audiences from middle and upper class. Funny that the educational shows introduced in ABS-CBN like "Sineskwela" at "Hiraya Manawari" which were released in the 90s became popular.

Concerning about 3:05 TV Patrol one of TV Patrol missing logo was found in Jacobshltr yt channel titled "TV Patrol (1997) | Kabayan Noli De Castro | Supercut" from 4 to 11 seconds. May logo history ng TV Patrol na kasama ang around early 90s nung pre-2010s pero tinanggal na nung around 2011 or 2012 yata if my memory serves me correctly.

How did you know that it’s lost? ABS-CBN has its own archives in the basement of ELJ Communications Center and it’s not a regular archive, it’s actually state of the art. It holds around 2,400 films plus undetermined number of betacam and u-matics tapes. ABS-CBN has also digitized its contents and is currently being stored in its 4 petabytes of Media Asset Management System provided by IBM.

Lost media in general also means that they're not publicly available for viewing. Some of the most famous lost media out there are available and existing, just no original copy or not on the Internet (e.g. a Horror special series in Nickelodeon which people forgot about but somehow someone remembered it was once a lost media) And if you've been following some lost media channels (which I'm assuming you do), it's known that they are hidden somewhere in the basement of ABS-CBN, we just don't know yet where, when and how to retrieve the files or media. And if they miraculously found it, we're still not entirely sure if they would release it to the public.

yung Video King (not sure sa title) ni Marc Logan din. Wala akong makita kahit info man lang nito sa internet. Naaalala ko pa nga yung kanta nun "Video king sayo'y hindi bitin... video king.... sulit panuorin... my video king...". Parang ganun. Pati boses nung kumanta naalala ko pa haha. Mga 2003 or 2004 yata yun.

There is one more detail about "Isabel" that gets overlooked. Despite the cast and crew being made up of Cebuanos, the dialogue was entirely in Tagalog, making the series unintentionally comical at times due to the accents of the actors.

Klase klase yung storya nun. marami pa mga bisaya na drama dati di ko na maalala yung iba. nababadtrip nga ako dati nun kasi sinasapawan nila yung timeslot na may anime haha

Maybe its clips are just withheld by the network, like many other shows that were also aired on Jeepney tv and uploaded in full to YT.

@@juliusnepos6013 it probably is just withheld by ABS. It used to be on TFC/iWantTV in 2016-ish but not available nowadays. I hope they re-air it at some point again I miss that show so much.

@@MatthewCobaltI wouldn’t say it was forgettable it was quite big when it aired especially with people my age. It also had some big names from Goin Bulilit in the cast. But I suppose it was a sunday only show played immediately after ASAP so idk.

Also Master Chef "Pinoy Edition" ( aired 2012 in ABS CBN ) and also Master Chef Junior Pinoy Edition I found some trailers, got featured bandilla news, and episode teaser promos and there is no full episodes also same Junior Master Chef Pinoy version... And it's showtime "holy week drama special" considered partially lost? Because I found some episode trailer clips here at online and there is no full episodes
