The Lost Patrol (2013). Full action movie.
SYNOPSIS
Brazil was the only country that sent Latin American troops to World War II. The unusual meeting between three deserters from different nationalities. It all begins with four soldiers from a bomb squad of the Brazilian army experiencing a panic attack. They flee from the front and at dawn they are lost in no man’s land. Desperate and unprepared, these Brazilian soldiers must choose between the enemy or court martial.

No subtitles!?!? Fortunately it's dubbed. But I bet they were lost for a while !! 80 years since the war and we're just hearing about Brazil's actual involvement !?!? More lost/hidden history !!! Thanks for uncovering this !!!

If everyone, everyone, everywhere said "NO, I won't fight anyone." then there would be no more wars. Have you ever thought about that ?? Have you ever thought that the other side(s) don't want to fight but think they have to "serve their country to assuage the possible hostility from your country ?? If only everyone said " NO " !!

The world be an unenjoyable place if no one ever resisted them. The only way to never have a war and have no one ever fight would be to have no more evil. Yes the world would be a wonderful place if no evil existed. But that would also mean no more humans wore on earth. Hostility from my country? You don't even know where i live. So ignorant of you.

@@leostgeorge2080 The interesting point that I pick up from this post of yours, is the two leaders picked out. Nothing to do with the Yenghi is there. You don't know, for instance, that the US, since 1776, has had only 16 years of peace. They have been fighting for NINETY-THREE PER CENT OF THEIR EXISTENCE, 93%. The highest of ANY country in the world. You seem to pick on the victims and not the aggressor.

What type of salute? From a civilian? They don't salute, EVER, unless they are an ex-military person. Or, maybe, the American way? The wrong way. Or the French, and European way? The correct way. In uniform, with headgear, THAT is when you salute. I salute once a year, when leading the Parade on Armistice Day, 1100 hours, on the 11th day of the 11th month. I don't salute if I don't wear my ex-service Bonnet de Police, or my service cap, or my field cap, BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN CORRECTLY TRAINED. I don't want a callow CIVILIAN saluting me, someone who has never done anything, at all, in their whole life.

A Estrada 47. It is the first fiction film and the best film about the FEB - Brazilian Expeditionary Force in Italy. I am Brazilian and I am the son of a veteran. Thanks for posting the movie.

Good movie production, I enjoyed it. In real life, Mexico during World War 2 declared War against Germany and join the USA Pacific War by sending 30 pilots of the 201st Fighter Squadron of the Mexican Expeditionary Air Force, nicknamed the Aztec Eagles - to fight to free the Filipino people. They were successful. Look it up.

Boots and winter clothes are useful too take it along with weapons and ammos. Medical kits, rations and everything that maybe Intel related should have been took as well as the previously mentioned things.

You know what guys?? EVERY war movie is a tragedy based on A war that NEVER should have happened in the first place😢😢 And people poking fun out of it, have OBVIOUSLY NEVER BEEN THERE!! I'm a South African white male who was FORCED BY LAW to join the army and fight in the Angolan/South West African war of 1969 to 1988. As an18 year old boy I was given a choice. Either sign up to commit GOVERNMENT SANCTIONED MURDER for a minimum of 2 years, or go to jail for a minimum of 4 as a coward who would'nt fight for his country!! Do you know what it's like to kill another human being?? Not NEARLY as heroic or satisfying as portraid in the movies, believe me!! Being shot at, wounded in the process? The same applies!! Seeing your pal who you've spoken to seconds ago, get his brain splattered all over YOUR face and the walls?? Even less so!! In the name of WHAT, FOR GOD'S SAKE?? And you've been FORCED to experience that by your own government, not your choice?? Well, to say the least, I still wake up screaming every other night despite the best psychiatric medication and regular visits to my shrink once a week! I've lost a marriage, and 2 beautiful boys who don't WANT to know their father because of that!! Oh, and by the way, a 7.62mm bullet travelling at 2400 ft/sec past your ear, does'nt sound CLOSE to that swishing sound portraid in the movies!! IT SOUNDS LIKE ALL THE HOUNDS OF HELL BARKING IN YOUR EAR AT THE SAME TIME!! Believe me, I KNOW!! I absolutely abhore Christmas and especially New Years, because I know some a-hole will be setting off the BIGGEST firecracker he could possibly find right next doors, and I would be in tears hiding in my bathroom, wondering WHY THE HELL DO WE WAGE WAR UPON EACH OTHER IN THE FIRST PLACE?? IN WAR THERE ARE NO WINNERS, ONLY LOSERS, AND BY SOME MIRACLE HE WHO LOSES THE LEAST, IS DECLARED THE WINNER

Interesting production. During WWII, the American GIs habitually called the German soldiers "Krauts"; not Germans. Also, partly due to racial bias then, there were less cases of Afro-American GIs commanding Caucasion GIs. More of them commanded their own ethnicity.

Blacks were NOT integrated into white infantry units till 1948.

The US Army was not fully integrated until about 1947. Indeed there are no instances of black-Americans directly commanding white US soldiers....
