I think I have an idea of who the singer of the first song might be. When I was younger I thought the singer sounded a bit like Twilight, then I remembered that Twilight has a singing voice actress and that happens to be Rebecca Shoichet, who also voices Sunset Shimmer. Rebecca also sang a lot of demos of MLP songs, So my theory is that Rebecca Shoichet is the singer and that she possibly has the official song somewhere. I currently sent her a message on Instagram if she is the singer so I’ll update you guys whenever she responds

Hello! I was the uploader behind the live show in Singapore, and I believe 5:47 is my voice! I was watching the live show with my friend, and we were both absolutely confused about the original song, which I would assume would be some song the production team thrown in just to pad out the show time. Maybe they couldn't get the rights to more characters and songs. But those kids wouldn't have known better anyway, they were there to see ponies come to life. And yeah to confirm @squeakybelle3711, English is the first language here. We unfortunately did not get the posters :(

It was a christmas performance in suntec city and they may have played a song like that too. I only remember that one because the host actually did a brony shoutout at the end and idk what to make of that lmao. I'll see if I have a recording of it. Regarding the poster, someone has just asked in the seaponycon server. There's a few singaporean fans that are still there so there's a small chance I guess. Either way, I'll be on a lookout for it myself c: Regarding "lost" songs, what I do have is a somewhat dodgy audio recording of the rainbow rocks musical in singapore (ImuM577Kc3c) There's a couple of new things in there including a rap section by twilight sparkle. You could probably have a much better chance of cleaning that up. If you need the "raw" files just let me know. I almost had video recording too but I forgot to take the lens cap off ;-; There were some additional scenes that wouldn't have been in the show.

Wow that mall clip is a blast to the past! As a Singaporean and been to that shopping mall all the time, that clip gives me a flashback. For the event, i was actually there but not during showtime unfortunately. It quite late at night so i only saw the stage if i recall correctly.

I think the likelihood of getting the EQG trailer music audio cleanly isolated from the dialogue would be pretty slim without some serious tech editing, so I think our best chance is for someone to recreate it to the best of their ability. But who knows? Maybe it'll randomly drop online someday and someone will notice.

I remember a version of Battle of the Bands that's been completely lost to time. When the first clip of the song was officially released on KZfaq, the vocals were slightly different - I distinctly remember the first note of the chorus (the word "battle") was a higher pitched note. This version of the clip was quickly removed, likely due to using this incorrect final mix of the song, and replaced with the current version of the song. It's a shame because I preferred the original when I initially listened to it and was thrown off when going back and hearing it again shortly after. I don't think any copies of this version of Battle of the Bands exists anymore, as it was taken down too quickly for any reuploads to surface. This wasn't helped by the fact that Yahoo TV had received the correct final mix and had uploaded their version before the official KZfaq channel, so all immediate uploads are of that version. The only evidence this version of the song ever even existed is potentially the Norwegian version, which I believe dubs over the alternative vocal mix as they use that higher note for the first word of the chorus I mentioned earlier.

Pretty late to this, but a few friends of mine at the time were at the show in Singapore! They ended up getting the posters and one gave me a poster since I couldn't be there. I'm pretty sure I still have the poster somewhere in the garage but I remember it being ripped in half so it was probably thrown out. You can blame my brother for that one lol.

When you brought up the posters, it reminded me of one I had when I was younger, when Friendship is Magic just came out. Before any poster enthusiasts get excited, no, I didn’t get it from the Singapore live show, and I no longer have it. But just as a neat thing I noticed, the colors line up with what I remember mine looking like, and it kind of looks like it has official branding, so it could’ve been something the people running the live show just purchased to hand out. Of course, the MLP logo is pretty easy to photoshop onto something, and the color palette probably looks the same as mine because…. The whole show had those colors. TLDR: I had a poster that I remember looking like that, but it wasn’t obtained at this live show, which means the showrunners probably bought them in bulk.
