BMW M3 CS:
Fuel consumption in l/100 km (combined): 10.4-10.1 (WLTP), CO2 emissions in g/km (combined): 234-229 (WLTP).
Official data on fuel consumption and CO2 emissions were determined in accordance with the mandatory measurement procedure and comply with Regulation (EU) 715/2007 valid at the time of type approval. In case of a range, figures in the WLTP take into account any optional equipment. For newly type-tested vehicles since 01.01.2021, the official data no longer exist according to NEDC, but only according to WLTP. @@supremeetnel7707 I'm sure you'll find others that will disagree with your blanket statement - some people prefer specific aspects of the F8X platform over the G8X. I have no doubt that the G80 M3 CS will outperform every M3 to date as far as performance goes, but personal taste is just that - personal. Plus, I really want to get both the F80 CS and G80 CS out on a track 😄

Very nice. Wondering though whether a classic speedometer/tachometer-setup with two separate circles exists as an option. Now they’re sort of two half-heptagons (or the half-hexagons of Track/Sport-view). It would be fantastic with a bit less 1980s Subaru XT/1990s Toyota Prius, and more 2000s BMW M: unsurpassed in easy, quick and ergonomic use. All the rivals still offer this.

Great car! I'm not an engineer, but xDrive weight almost 80 kg if I'm right. There won't be an option to get RWD car as a better track tool? Are you sure that xDrive M3cs will make better results on timeattack? My M5c results better for sure in any of 4wd modes. But M5 is too heavy)

M3 comp should still be the king, it has more color options, and it’s more than brilliant enough. The CS is very impressive because they delete the L, so seats are adjustable and it still a 4 seater. It probably won’t make you deaf due to excess stripping but it has one major disadvantage, which is not the high price, but rather a DCT gearbox. That should be added in both CS and M4 CSL trim.

The only downside I see is that the front grill openings are completely exposed to rocks and pebbles. Intercoolers will get destroyed on highways here in the US, maybe its nicer in Europe. They should've added at least some mesh or something. On the track they'll get torn to pieces too..but most of the people that will buy these are mostly going to garage them and keep the miles low so they appreciate in value. These are cars for collectors and enthusiasts.. Theyre mad nice tho..wish they were made to be driven

You really want that? These cars literally break below your ass and in germany these cars have the same status of Mercedes nowadays: If there is a BMW on the road, keep yourself away from it because this guy definitely thinks he is the king of the road and everyone except himself is a casualty. And getting a brand new car after passing the drivers license is literally the dumbest thing to do. You don´t know how a car really drives. You will bump your car into stuff. You are basically guaranteed to crash that thing. Would be the same to throw 30k$ out the window in NYC and watch the people on the street picking up the cash.

The BMW M3 CS features an all-wheel drive system. The M Setup menu lets the driver switch from the default 4WD setting to 4WD Sport mode, which directs an even greater proportion of the engine’s torque to the rear wheels. Drivers can also switch off the DSC (Dynamic Stability Control) system altogether and engage 2WD mode. As a BMW fan I love the new M3 CS but as a filmmaker i am seeing a lot of warp stabilizing done in Premiere Pro because that's some really shaky footage right there, can't believe this is an official BMW video. Nontheless it's about the car not the video right :)
