Bro can I edit it like touch portal .I want to use it for dcs world ( flight sim) .touch portal has some cool dcs plugin but it is paid

I'm not sure to be honest. Check out the github or the discord for Macro deck. That's where you'll know if it can be configured like touch portal and plugins etc. Cheers.
