I had high levels of liver enzymes, so I decided to try drinking raisin water every morning after watching this video about it. I had blood tests scheduled before my yearly physical exam, and by that point, I had been drinking the water for about 10 days. When I got my blood tested again, I was surprised to find out that my liver enzymes had significantly decreased, and even my cholesterol numbers were better than before. I never expected such a positive outcome from just drinking raisin water.

Thanks for the valuable information. I used to soak dates, raisins , figs , almonds, walnuts and some chia and would eat it as my pre dawn meal during the fasting month of Ramadan. It would keep my satiated for the entire day. Thanks again

Golden raisins soaked in gin is an old remedy for arthritis. I love raisins and a good wine. Once I soaked some too dry raisins in a disappointing wine and have been enjoying delightful wine soaked raisins ever since.

Thanks for refreshing my memory for raisins. I m anaemic and my aunty keeps telling me to use soak raisins. But I keep forgetting about this. I will make sure I buy it today. I can't be on iron supplement all the time

In the morning I like to pour hot water over a handful of raisin and soak for 5 minutes. Then I mashed a banana and sprinkle on the raisins. Sometimes I'll sprinkle cinnamon too. Yummy!

Luke dear ...mollasses/jaggery too & lemon also helps gud assimilation of all nutrients taken wit our meals or soon after ...! drs ask poor folks to take it fr anaemia instead of iron pills. Soaked over night in a glass of water in di morning! They're full of hi minerals ! .... n' how about di light color raisin i hear it's no good in food value plz research on it.

Hello Luke! I have a question - a few times I tend to leave the raisins in the water for a day longer (so somewhere between 36 to 48 hours). Is this water still fit to drink in such scenarios?

Sir please make video on unbearable periods pain.. bahut doctors se consult kiya birth control and pain killer hi mila h hamesa.. I feel like dying on period days. I can’t sit, can’t poop , can’t walk talk. My periods is on time and regular but flow is less.. please help

Soaking black raisins with 2-3 strands of kesar overnight and consuming it empty stomach in the morning will solve your problem....do it before 10 days of your cycle since it's summer now start 4-5 days before..for details u can watch rujuta diwekar video on that...kesar being natural pain killer and anti inflammatory will soothe ur cycle n raisins being rich in iron and fibre will help with the flow...you can also do one more thing when you know ur periods arre about to start in 3-4 days u can have warm water.....that will also help u a lot....still I would suggest to consult a nutritionist n doctor for ur problem... it's not every remedy suits everyone.....hope it helped you and do some yoga everyday that will regulate ur periods and u will have no pain...no junk food specially when u r on your period have fruits and turmeric and black pepper milk with 1-2 dates at night...

How to clean it sir to remove the pesticides which was sprayed on it before drying it. When dried it's more difficult to remove it. If you run and wash after soaking it's sweetness and the raisin itself will melt away. So please tell how to clean it thoroughly before soaking it.

Wash them in clean water before soaking (when they're dry)....by tis way u can drink the water in which u soaked them cuz tat water contains dissolved minerals frm the raisin skin.

Obviously water, cause all the nutritions will soluble in water. And it will help in digesting more quickly as compared to eating them raw. But that doesn't mean you throw the raisins away. It's Simple, just eat the raisins and drink the water.

6 raisins will give you fiber less than 1% of daily value requirement. So hype on fiber is futile, other nutrient are far more beneficial.

@@diauser3327 I am doing good now...just changed my eating habits and on CKD diet...low sodium intake and sugar control diets..no packaging food, no non veg..no dairy 🥛 product no fast food. Just normal healthy diet with very limited protein intake.

Not sure , if raisins are the cause of the headache , be concious about your routine, analyse where you are projecting more energy , practise pranayama , meditation. Hope this helps.
