The Stalwart Journal is a small sized journal with robust structure and archaic atmosphere. A unique item born from hundreds of hours of care and attention to structure and detail. Made with reverence to the strength of medieval bindings and their laden with symbolism aesthetic. The book has a purpose to achieve three things: comfort of writing, structure to last centuries and to ensure it's owner is filled with pride and confidence of this loyal writing companion.
I've compiled most of the processes when making it as a brief showcase.

Watching you craft this book was so moving, it literally made me cry! The beautiful music in the background just made the whole experience perfectly complete. If I could ever own one of these, I would cherish it forever. I love that you are keeping such a wonderful art alive.

The beauty of a journal is that it's a personal companion for your writings and it shouldn't be an issue how well it's written or what others deem important for it to contain. Thank you Mr. Stopan. I finally know the process for that binding style. May I add, the music was beautiful and what I got to see of your workshop and tools delighted me. I am slowly stumbling towards that kind of situation. I procured myself some tools and materials, and made my own basic press (like the first one to appear in the video, but smaller), and I've been making some journals for personal use. This video inspires me to keep leveling up. Thank you again for sharing your art.
