I recently came across Dr Hawkin's consciousness map and stumbled upon your video. This is a good start for beginners like me as it briefly deconstructs the map and offers a solution. Great video!

Maybe they would if they asked for some guidance in resolving their current state of mind. We draw in what aligns with our own energy, but we can also attract the answers we seek if we ask with intention.

You simply ask yourself that question. We need to learn to consciously observe our state of being, so our subconscious behaviour or feelings that are triggered on autopilot become conscious. This is the first step to experience shift within. Ask the question and observe how you are feeling.
