Wife hired the Mavericks to play for a private surprise party for me because she knows Mavericks best band there is. Private security of SpecOps veterans was needed knowing Mavericks have loyal following. People who heard Mavericks playing outside the club became Maverick fans that evening. Mavericks made this one bash everyone still talking about . Best present ever, a memory for all of us who were there. Mavericks got me some extra loving from my wife too.

A few months before my dad passed away unexpectedly, I had come over to visit him and mom. After a pleasant visit I began to leave and as an afterthought dad called me over to his CD collection and handed me a CD of the Mavericks Greatest Hits. He said "this guy has quite the voice, you should listen to it." That was 2005. I still have and cherish that CD today, and love the Mavericks thanks to his suggestion. My dad had a ear for great vocalists.

it was 97--98 and the album just came out and :"Bring me down" was hott i was 13. i begged my dad to take me . The show was close by in Myrtle beach ,s.c we had front row tickets . the guys had lava lamps everywhere and it looked so cool , long story short robert R and Raul came down and gave me guitar picks. what a awsome memory now im 37 and the band is still going . way cool

WOOOW… you can listen 100 times and still is just as fantastic. His voice and interpretation of each sound and melody to the Virtuoso Eddie Perez to the all other instrument Virtuoso 100% of the time through each song and the cohesiveness of the orchestra and ultra rich sounds… one of the few, very few band that sound much better live than In studio!!!!

I’ve seen a lot of bands, and none of them has more fun onstage than these guys, and it’s contagious. It doesn’t hurt that they’re all so talented. I just got to see them for the first time and I hope to see them many more. My partner got up and danced on his own and he has never done that in public in his 54 years. (I checked.) He doesn’t even dance at home. Anyone who can get this man to dance is doing something right.

Have been a follower for 30 years and they are one of the best" bring down the house bands" of all time. Saw them in the late 90's at the SD Fair Grounds in Del Mar. i listened not knowing their music and I love this band..thanks yt. now i listen often and try not to keep up with their energy. i've almost injure myself but i love their sound and i never imagined rock n roll accordian

My Lady and I were at this concert. To say that this concert was great just does not do it justice. We have seen them 6 or 7 times in concert and this was the best so far. Perfect vocals, perfect instrumentals, and Raul and Eddie's vocals make hearing them a wonderfully entertaing evening. We'll go see them again in December when they come to Santa Fe. They just seem to get better and better every year. Keep it up guys!!

I just found this post and I’m thrilled!!! This Mavaholic had to miss this show due to illness but It won’t happen again! I’ve been a fan from the beginning and Mavericks are the only concerts I attend. It’s hard to put into words how fabulous these guys are, but if you’ve been to their concerts I know you get it 💕They are special and that’s all there is to it!

First time I heard Mavericks was on radio in my car on way back from beach vacation and I almost wrecked trying to get off the road before lost the 'signal' and could listen to the radio DJ identify who I was listening to, lol! That is HOW LONG I've been a Mavericks fan! YES, I am OLD. It's still my dream to hear them live.

We had the pleasure to be entertained by these perfectionists in Ann Arbor MI and I would in a heartbeat see them again. My wife with her siblings as well her husband's just love there music. Truly it's there passion to entertain the crowd. Every song seeded like it was the grand finally. Over 2 hrs and just wanting more. I would encourage anyone who' os a music fan to try to see them. I personally am a polish music enthusiasts along with my brothers-in-laws Mexican with the according. We took to style immediately. Well done Mavericks!

Saw them in concert. St. George Theater. Staten Island. Unforgettable!!! Let alone Raul Malo, the band is simply great. Watch the keyboardist. So much fun to watch. Makes me want to get up and dance. And so I do. In the words of the late Great David Bowie, dancing with myself.

It was Billy Idol, not David Bowie, who used that term "Dancing With Myself", in a song.🤗 ( And I am an absolute long time older David Bowie fan 😁 and I got to see billy idol last year!) I heard this music group for the first time a week ago. And I was very, very pleasantly surprised and delighted by the themes of the songs, the manner of performance and the coherence of the group members. Just fabulous to watch and listen to. Each and every one of the band is a superb musician. Love Raul of course. It was a great concert. Hot as hell but it was worth it. The Mavericks got me through Covid. Hours, and hours at my desk, compiling data. Their beat made all those long hours go by fast. Glad we made the trip to NM to see them.

Was my video directing to orchestrated. I can’t hear what they are playing and just have 5 cameras to cover them. They are my favorite band to shoot have had the pleasure 12 times. Truly talented musicians!!

@@timvinar9434 I have been very fortunate. I have been directing concert video for 34 years. Love my work. Have seen a lot of acts these gentlemen are just so good I love directing for them.

@@timvinar9434 Hi Tim. No not in Midland. ElPaso , Red Rocks CO, Albuquerque,Santa Fe, Taos. Denver. I have directed for Green Day, Foo Fighters, Tom Petty, Lenny Kravitz. And over 400 other bands. Yes I am very fortunate. These guys are just a great fun band.

First concert I’ve seen since way before the pandemic and I couldn’t have picked a better band to go see! AMAZING from start to finish! No one noticed the heat (93 degrees!) and by the encore it started to rain lightly! Raul’s voice was as kick ass as usual, and the rest of the band was on the very top of their game!! 👏🏼 🎶 🎤 🎸 🎹 🥁 🎺 🎷 🪗 Would love to see a set list!!
