Thank you so much for this wonderful chance to knit and hear your latest knitting adventures too! I also love a good garter stitch project. I just returned from volunteering in Ukraine. I had a couple of projects to keep my hands busy while we were moving from one location to another. Knitting is such a balm for the spirit, and such a wonderful way to create beauty!

What a lovely podcast and a joyful way for me to spend my Friday evening! Thank you Amy! I'm a crystal healer and I loved the crystal inspired yarn you showed. Citrine is a stone of sunshine and joy, lifts depression and anxiety and attracts abundance. Labradorite brings light into your aura and deflects negative energies. Amethyst calms the mind and clears dark thoughts. I use these crystals and many more in my crystal jewellery. I'm looking forward to seeing your new lace shawl design too ❤

The stick season sweater for your son made me giggle. As I watch this episode, I am currently binding off the same sweater for MY youngest son in a lovely heathered green, and he is also all arms and torso! I used up every bit of my yarn save 2 yards. 😅 I felt like I was knitting for an orangutan!

Thank you Amy! So much inspiration and possibility! So looking forward to the tartan cowl design - I have some Sonder Yarn 4 ply in my stash which will work perfectly so I can hardly wait. I'm also waiting for my Artus kit from Lichen and Lace - it seems we're on the same wavelength. And the Pressed Flower shawl and your upcoming lacey shawl design - I'm definitely in the mood for all of these. I think spring is in the air

I’m planning to knit the Artus during an upcoming Hurtegruten cruise in Norway! Love it so much. The pressed flowers patterns look extra-great when the flowers are in a varied color or fade yarn, FYI. Like those gifted crystal yarns you showed at the end, for example! 🌞

Lovely podcast…always flies by as I sit knitting. The Crocus sweater will be lovely 🥰 I am presently knitting the Artus which is a wonderful pattern and so clever…. Natasja writes a great pattern. I have just finished Helix cardigan with Lamana yarn which is very soft. Knit a cardi for my husband in Lettlopi but not too keen on that yarn and found it very rough on the hands. Started Lumme by Sari Norlund…. With Sonder Yarn which is just beautiful Masham and BFL Annnd since you mentioned Garter Goodness again 😂 and it was in my favourites…well I’ve just pulled out some yarn from my stash to do that…oh and I’m also half-way through a baby blanket… love my knitting life! See you next time 👋

Thanks, another hour and a half of inspiration and enjoyment. I too did Joji’s Starting Point mystery KAL and it was indeed 2017. Seems a world away now. I think Thegither is destined to be a colossal success: so many colour possibilities, just as there are so many tartans, and each one beautiful.

Right now, I'm knitting a colourwork Shetland sweater by Gudrun Johnson called Yokey Dokey. I'm really enjoying knitting it. It's in Jamieson and Smith yarn.

Your new cowl design is lovely and I really look forward to its release Amy! I’m still loving my Coorie In Poncho, it fills a need I didn’t know I had 😊 perfect over pajamas on cold winter mornings or evenings with a mug of coffee and some knitting! And how beautiful your son's pullover (jumper) is. I’d love to knit for my sons but they are not sweater people. Thank you also for that poem you read at the end, it struck a cord. Best wishes to you as we send our way through February toward spring!

Thank you for another great podcast Amy. I like your yarn choices, they are brighter than the ones I generally choose and that is refreshing. I like neutrals, and rich vibrant tones of red, purple, blue, dark green too. Your card reading at the beginning to set the stage for the episode and the what you are reading and watching at the end are very engaging. I am working on three projects right now, the tessellated vest by Andrea Mowry, the basic socks by Tin Can Knits, and a nordic sweater by Kristin Drysdale...these will keep me busy for a while yet. Cheers to you.

Thank you Amy for another beautifully relaxing podcast. The crystal yarn was gorgeous, such perfect matches to the crystals themselves, makes me want to explore both now. Loved all your projects and hearing your knitting/sewing plans. I very recently got my sewing machine out and made a small project bag (this took a whole week but I'm so proud of it!). Your son's jumper is an amazing amount of love, so funny that you're already planning future repair jobs on it😅. Thanks for aways being there as a peaceful companion whilst I knit. If I get to Edinburgh this year I will be making a beeline for GingerTwist.

So good to see you again Amy. Your colors today are extra gorgeous! I also love the texture of that jumper. Your stories about your sons and their jumpers had me giggling! Ah, kids. My eldest is a fan of IRN BRU (fortunately we can get it here in Florida, though single bottles...he misses our holiday in the Cairngorms where he could get it in packs )...I may have to knit him that colorway of Thegither. I think in a scarf I might add either pom poms or tassels on the corners...I can't help adding those whenever the possibility arises 😂. What a great imagination and the work to make a (another) pattern!

Congratulations on the upcoming launch of another pattern! Thegither is so inspiring. I am imagining also making legwarmers, which I think would be really cool. And I can see how it could become rather addictive quite quickly to play with different colours with those cowls. I think about a bright turquoise and a kind of deep loden with a rust. That would be so fun!

Thanks for this great episode. I have just finished a lovely Stick Season Sweater by Rebbeca Clow, in sky blue,, I love it so much I can barely take it off to go to bed. I am now knitting (for the second time) a Traveler's Cowl by Andrea Mowry with yarn hand spun by a friend, at first I lost at yarn chicken, balled back the whole project, knitted a smaller size. I sure hope Vicki likes the cowl I knit for her in her own hand spun. Yes, Vicki is a spinner who doesn't knit, I am a knitter who doesn't spin, so I get the joy to knit for her, in her lovely hand spun. WE both have a blast !!! Amy, you probably would like the flat finess 3 needles bind off as explained by certified TKGA Master Hand Knitter Roxanne Richardson in her video kzfaq.info/get/bejne/kLV0qMxesbqnon0.html It would particularly suit your Thegither scarf pattern.

Thanks, Amy, for this really juicy episode! I have a couple questions. Can you talk about the sizing of the Fiber Mood magazine? How inclusive is it? Second, you mentioned a local (to you) crafter who makes stitch markers. I've gone through the show notes a couple times but can't find her link. Can you provide that? thx! I am SUPER EAGER to knit your tartan-inspired cowl.
