I updated my morning "ritual" to start out by chugging water as soon as I snooze my alarm. I then get to lay in bed until it goes off again, usually falling asleep. Two things happen: The second wake up is AMAZINGly better. I don't feel groggy. My eyes spring open. I have to PEE REALLY BADLY. This is the single best way to force yourself out of bed.

I just wish I knew how dehydrated I was getting when I was 15 and could barely hold my head up. Instead, I had to wait until I was 30. 😭

Hmmm... I’m not a fan of snooze buttons. I believe it tells your mind it’s ok to delay action / commitments. Not a great way to start the day imho

Other couple of things that I stacked there is Wim Hof Method breathing (i just do one round in the morning, which instantly makes you more alert) and cold (or at least cool) shower that also boosts your energy and mood :)

Great video Dan! Mind if you could tell me what are the problems that you still deal with with ADHD? I am just starting to get super confident about our coaching, and I want to increase my prices and start targeting people like you. However, my problem is that I get this vibe that people in high levels like you wouldn’t really care about such coaching, it’s certainly a limiting belief because as of now, I have no contact with anyone in your level 😂 but I was hoping that your answer would sooth this belief.

I struggle with all the same issues I just solve them myself. Feed a starving crowd. Set your price based on value. Put your prices up.
