Hey Dena, I think that feeling of being lost is something I relate to so much too though I think at 20 I wasn't aware that I was lost - I was just being that little leaf in the wind going in every direction but completely unaware of it. Recently if i've felt lost, I try to explore different avenues to help figure out if there's a path I want to continue down on and I find that can really help, not putting too much pressure on that avenue but just keeping an open mind and starting to explore at least felt like a forward step for me. Sending you so much love always (: xxx

Historically I have a habit of going too hard, not being able to sustain the Herculean effort, giving up and hating myself. So now I’m trying to give a small, consistent mediocre effort everyday. It sounds stupidly simple but its crazy how it adds up. Mediocre consistency is the mindset that’s changed my life, that’s gave me a goal even though I was so depressed and I wish I’d known about as a kid. I had to overhaul how I approached taking care of my brain (exercise, journaling, studying etc) by practising mediocre consistency. Now I try to put in consistent 40-60% effort into my journaling habit, workouts and how I study - to make sure I do it I began recording and posting it on my yt channel. After a really bad depression phase these small consistent efforts, is how i got out of it.

hey Stephanie! ❤‍🔥I think you're so right. I think there are more people feeling that way and struggling with things than we realise. I guess that's a perfect example of it! I'm proud of you. Hey@@shy3846 my first month of medication, I'm on an SSRI, I was mainly sleepy and restless but that passed once my dose was adjusted. Slowly, slowly I started reincorporating things I used to enjoy like yoga, but it still felt like a fight, until one day, it didn't. I'm feeling a little more energetic and less mired in dark thoughts. My therapist really helped me see my thoughts differently. It's a process! And some days won't be good, but that doesn't mean you're failing. Sending hugs and positive vibes. I hope you are starting to feel better ❤️❤️❤️

Gaaaa this made me all teary eyed with affection and appreciation for you ❤ Truly, you are one of a kind, incredibly special and such a joy. You have created such a lovely community here and I’m really grateful to be one of the 1.5 million that knows how wonderful you are ☺️ One of the things that stood out for me in this video was that when you talked about all the things you did that built your confidence, they were all things you did for yourself. I know Mario is a very important part of your life and that he has had an influence and an impact on you, but you didnt mention him and it struck me as evidence of how seriously you take this aspect of your life. You said the most important part at the end: you are the person who has been and will be with you forever through everything. I dunno …. I’m likely not communicating it well, but it really struck me how important a message this is for your audience, knowing how many of them are (well, I don’t know, I’m assuming lol) young women. You’re working hard at being at peace with who and how you are and while our relationships are important and the things we do are important, they can’t define our worth or sense of self. They can certainly be a vehicle for growth, though. My favourite thing about being in my 40’s is just how much all of the things you covered have really settled in for me now. I can relate to so much of what you shared, having had a lot of the same struggles and challenges and had to work diligently at those things, too. Still do. But it all kinda sets into the fibre of who you are somehow and it takes less and less effort. Truly the gift of getting older, if youre doing it well, is that you care less and less about what anyone else thinks and counterintuitively, as you care less about that, the more you’re able to care FOR others and give to others without feeling depleted or conflicted. It’s pretty great. Also, it has to be said, your hair looks fabulous! It kinda distracted me the whole time. I was like, “she’s glowing”. You’re just awesome 😎 ❤

Wow this is very relatable for me and seeing that someone I look up to so much and that I previously thought must just naturally be better at everything than I could ever be, is actually very similar to me in a lot of ways when it comes to the things we worry about and things that can hold us back if we don’t understand and overcome them. It’s very illuminating for me and makes me feel like I can do incredible things, just like you, if I put my mind to it. Thank you for being so real with your audience Natacha and for just being you. You’re truly such a beautiful person and you inspire me & many others I’m sure, to be the best version of ourselves, so thank you for everything you do 🙏🏽💖

Thank you for such an uplifting video! I see a lot of myself in you from 10-5 years ago…I’m a HUGE perfectionist, I care a lot about what other people think, and I struggle a lot with disordered nutrition and exercise. It gives me some hope to see how you’ve grown over the years, like maybe I can eventually get to that point. Proud of you!! ❤

love this. also think the business story is super important to talk about. the current culture makes everyone think if you’re passionate about something and give it your all, you’ll be successful… which isn’t the case. especially someone like you who’s already successful at so many other things 🙃

This was so needed and such a great watch Natacha! Thank you ❤ And I 100% relate to the being different and people not liking me (also being a perfectionist and wanting to please everyone - ie everyone liking me) All of it, I relate to it, hard. Thank you for inspiring us to be better versions of ourselves. x

Finding your channel was life changing for me. I have struggled with self image, eating disorders and health issues as a result of those things. I also grew up in a family that watched everything I ate and didn't hold back when it came to commenting on my body, which contributed to trauma that I'm still healing from. I was also a competitive gymnast and that world was super toxic when it came to body image and food. I grew up feeling ashamed of my body shape, height and weight. I have never had a healthy relationship with working out or eating...until now. Thank you so much for the time and effort you put into your videos. They're so important for people like me who have grown up with a toxic relationship with my body and with food. You've made working out and eating something I look forward to..not something I punish myself with.

This year started out rough, but it's turning into one of the healthiest years of my life and I'm so glad for encouragement like you 🥰 Moving my body is enjoyable instead of punishment, I'm eating intuitively for me, and I'm actually finding myself thinner/stronger. ♥️ Thanks for all the work and research you put into your videos =)

I'm right there with you Bea (congrats on graduating btw!!). Tbh I think that's why I hopped straight into academia once I graduated as it felt like it bought me some time, only to realise it wasn't the right thing for me a year in. I honestly think looking back, spending a few years hopping around doing whatever it might be (doesn't even have to be something you'll end up doing for the long-term) and testing out the waters isn't a bad thing, failing stuff and getting things wrong is exactly how we end up knowing what paths we want to go down (: I'm always here for you (: all my love xxxx

Thank you for putting this out 😊 the last message from you I got was “how you look is the least interesting thing about you” love it and alleviate so much negative energy for me. Love always. PS: have you thought of looking into short 5min mini workouts through out the day and comparing it to conventional concentrated 1hr workout?

You’ve always been able to inspire without making me feel “smaller than” and your integrity and sense of humor is the cherry on top of everything - your content ALWAYS leaves me feeling better.
