The mini Jeep build is finished! Lets take it offroad!

The mini build project has been a time-consuming project but its finally finished! its build mostly from scrap parts I had laying around, hope to inspire more people to see the opportunity to build cool things from leftover parts. Let me know what you guys think about my little Jeep :-)
In this last part of this build I will install a 6,5-1 gear ratio transfer case kit from lowrangeoffroad and take the jeep out for testing in the terrain.

Outstanding! I'm super impressed with its hill-climbing ability! Put a hitch on it, and build a mini-trailer for it. I'm sure it can't handle much weight, but it would be cool.

I found the problem, it was the voltage regulator, bought a new one and works like it suppose to now :D

just a thought i would make a long leather and spondge pad for the top of your windscreen frame because if you get thrown forward and down you wont break your face on it. Especially as your face is above it. As it would ruin your whole day or you passangers. food for thought. What a well built little stronge beast of delight. Well done mate im very jealous. She really is built like a tank or a tractor lol

Just get you a GM 1 wire alternator.. Build a bracket an put it on.. I did that to one of my lawn tractors. be SURE you get one with a reversed Fan.. Put a pulley on the front of the motor and you can run All kind of stuff.. just DON'T use the charging system from the motor !! Run Everything from the Battery !!!

Idling an air cooled engine will kill it 2 ways. 1 - not enough air flow. 2 - lack of lube up top. That's a super cool Jeep. You're a real professional!!

Thank you :D its not running so low at idle anymore :) I added a atv carb on it to get rid of ruff running in the terrain :D

That is a beast, better than any chinese ATV! Very good job! You should make ice chains on the wheels. Then it can reach the moon😂

Thank you :D yes I have tried that work a lot better in the terrain! but its getting a lot slower uphill in high range running around on the farm :)

Love it mate, love it. We've been waiting for this and you didn't disappoint 🙌 Absolute torque monster! Questions.. What does it weigh now all in? Whats the top speed in high ratio? Are you going to refit the locker? We've just stripped ours down to the chassis and prepping for paint, cant wait to get to this stage.. Well done fella! Yes its more than strong enough! The weight I think its about 400kg Top speed in high range its about 65kmh and uphill about 35kmh its enough in this little homemade rigg, the locker do I not want to reinstall because its to noisy.. I just welded the rear one, I have more diffs laying so I can maki it open again if I want :D then you guys are soon finish! just the final left! can't wait to see it, yours look just like a real jeep impressed over the details! yes now I have to keep up with the editing of the videos! :D

@vassdalencustom8689 I hope this isn't the last we'll see of the mini jeep! 400kg sees a little under estimated? Ours has just the 250 quad engine and gearbox plus transfer case and it weighs in at a hefty 565.5kg !! Keep it up.. 😊👍

Yes all tires has power but the front diff is open :)

Thank you! then its a good idea to start! :D buy a welder and start looking on how to videos on KZfaq and start building some simple projects and take it from there :) if you want to build one like this start looking at part 1 of this build :D
