Each week night, THE LATE LATE SHOW with JAMES CORDEN throws the ultimate late night after party with a mix of celebrity guests, edgy musical acts, games and sketches. Corden differentiates his show by offering viewers a peek behind-the-scenes into the green room, bringing all of his guests out at once and lending his musical and acting talents to various sketches. Additionally, bandleader Reggie Watts and the house band provide original, improvised music throughout the show. Since Corden took the reigns as host in March 2015, he has quickly become known for generating buzzworthy viral videos, such as Carpool Karaoke."

The fact they've stuck to this is SO great. The idea that an audience is wondering "how is this on television" is exactly what Corden needed to break out of the boring old routine and really find his, and the team's, strengths. The show improved 100000% during COVID and I was worried they'd drop it when an audience came back -- very happy they haven't

other shows: Have a scripted monologue and stick to it this show: brings pure chaos, and by the time they get to the scripted part and James says "It's time for the news", it feels almost ridiculous that they're still gonna go for it

They’d do skeleton for kicks sometimes at the Olympic Training Center in Lake Placid when she was there but on the sly bc they actually made skeleton ‘illegal’ and took it out of the Olympics bc so many people died -you’re going like 80mph head first w/zero protection (I mean skinny helmets and a layer of nylon, it was basically worthless).

How Only Fools And Horses didn’t become known in America, when it is hands down the greatest British sitcom ever shocks me with the amount crap British sitcoms that have been remade for US TV for 50 years. It’s about a working class London street seller conman who ropes his smarter more intelligent less enthusiastic younger brother into his get rich schemes to try and become millionaires and they constantly fail. That premise alone is worth watching all the seasons for. It is like a reverse Pinky and The Brain where the leader is dumb and follower is much smarter. It pisses all over Friends, Seinfeld and Fresh Prince and was only writing by one person. It is genius funny.
