The over-the-top way all the mishaps are done in this movie reminds me an awful lot of the pranks in the Home Alone movies, especially with how Walter is on the receiving end of so much of it and still walks away unscathed.

I remember going to see the Da Vinci Code when it first came out. That movie was so boring I fell asleep. I left the theater and got my money back.

Watch Mr. Blandings Builds His Dream House, which is what this movie is based on. This remake is way over the top.
